Weight lose :
Weight lose remain are conflict in young people who are suffering with overweight. Weight lose is not the solution of every disease but yes, when your doctor recommend that you have to lose weight then one should ponder over it and should do something with his or her weight.
Cut back on refined carbs
Carbs are major reason behind increasing our weight. Like in daily life, you can consider how much sugar we use. So by stoping the use of sugar we can stay fit and calm. Although we become habitual to it and we can not get rid of it sudden. We can stop using it in gradual way. If you are passionate to decrease your weight then this will look just a little task Infront of you.
Cutting down carbs will also reduce your appetite and obviously when you feel less hungry then you will stay fit. Keep in mind that you have to follow the routine if you again start eating sugar then you will again put on weight. You can eat a little.
Eat protein :
Proteins comprises our 50 percent body's dry weight so it is clearly evident that we can not live without the proper intake of protein researchers mentioned that your meal should include
Meat, beef, chicken, lamb, fish, and seafood some plants also contain mainly proteins which are beans , legumes, tempeh and tofu. Some body builders also intake supplements of proteins in my view those protein sources are not good because they disturb natural mechanism of protein production. By the way it is upto you and on your doctor wether he recommends or not
Healthy fat:
Some people stay afraid of intake of fat but don't worry eating healthy fats are necessary for body normal and effective functioning. There intake is necessary. Olive oil and avocado oil are among healthy fats and one should include both of them in his diet. One can also eat butter and other oil but problem with those item is that they contain high value of unsaturated fats which are not good for our body.
Vegetables:
Vegetables are also important to lose weight. Not only cauliflower but also there are so many who are helpful in decreasing your weight to optimum level.and they adhere your body to lose weight.
But in this generation, the most common conflict is only regarding vegetables because most of the students refused to eat vegetables they tend to eat junk food like pizza, shawarma , burger and so others. This trend is not healthy to follow because this is decreasing our health and people face many problems in life due to unhealthy diet. Actually it becomes parents responsibility to keep keen eye on their children diet.
Vegetables are so much healthful in maintaining weight.
Move your body
Along with having proper duet plan, exercise of body is mandatory to keep your body aligned and smarter. Only having diet will not work alone for your body.
One thing which everyone should understand that do not start up with hard , because if you start hard exercise then more likely that you fed up with your routine and at last you will stop working on exercise. Try that you will start with easy and short exercise in which you feel comfortable and it will help you to increase your stamina. You can do weight lifting but if you find it hard you can leave it but you should at least try cardio exercise. There are so many apps available on play store which are very helpful for your body and have different step exercise for all type of people but if you are going to start and you are not familiar with the exercise step you should first consult with a trainer who can help you in doing exercise
