Take a Deep Breath and Enjoy the moment
Stress eating is a new term for me. It means that when we are in stressed situation we eat a lot. How simple is the definition of term.
My mind got understanding of this term in just recent months. In my friend circle, there is a friend who is deep into philosophical discussions and she always try to narrate things by attaching them with philosophy. Sometimes we fed up with that kind of talks. I might feel that these are quite boring. Umm hmm, Not all the time.
Boring, isn't mean that they are not of worth. Infact they leave a mark in my thoughts.
May be, it is a question that why i am adding philosophy and all that discussion's stuff into this. Actually "Stress eating" term is one of from those discussions with that friend.
Friends are more like family. We can sit without any judgement, stand with bunddle of laughters, cry with tears not with silence. There is no judgement, like the society. Infront of society, we always have to conceal the tears. If we want to cry with tears we should stand in rain to hide the drops dripping from ocean of eyes. But with friends we can glide our tears over the cheeks because our friends are there to hold those tears.

Society has mould our personalities in such a shape that we love to endeavor tons of pains, Or may be with the time's play we are becoming so. We like to stuff the feelings.
Same we do when we eat while having questions, answers, anxieties and all that.
But the matter is different, actually amid the stress we forget to feel the happiness and forget to enjoy the food.
Take a deep breathe and live the moment it's your.
I have experienced stress eating so many times. Its really bad for emotions as well as for health.
