Heart is not a container, it's heart which is unique in all senses. Capacity of heart is unmeasurable. Heart is the sea which can endeavor oceans of pains and can engulf tons of it. There are no words to explain the capacity of heart.

Here we should look at the topic: Snuffing of feelings and emotions.

Emotions and feelings are like water because they flow in us in the form of blood and tears. When they become turbulent and violent they come out and spark in the form of tears. That's why we call tears are pearls as they are our ingoing situations.

You know why we snuff our feelings? Because we always find ourselves in paradoxical situation. We try to seek the right time. It's like Blowing out a candle But this is not the candle it's our heart and emotions which we should not diminish.

The resson why we do is that we don't have courage to say that: Dear Self, This is the right time. Actually at that time we are reading coverage instead of reading courage.

There always remain competition between courage and fear. When courage dominates then we get hope which fades away the fear.

Hope is all what we need in all situations. No matter what is going on around we should take our step. Hope will make our ways but in contrast fear will throw darkness on the ways.

There were so many incidents through out my life where i snuffed and murdered my emotions. By snuffing them we cannot live moments in the real way in which they should be. When i enrolled myself in university, i was aware of my interest but resentful to say that in which subject i want to choose. Because i don't want to hurt my father, as he wanted me to do Graduation in English which i am doing. Surprisingly-

It took almost a year to get up with full energy and to do hard work in English subject.

At the time of selection i just looked at my father's face and i choose but later in days i learned that i didn't choose the right one.

I don't know why but right now i am fully satisfied. That's why i don't why I was snuffing my desire or just in paradoxical situation.

In Studies i have implied this attitude so many times. I remain puzzle in selection of subjects. But this time i want to be goal oriented.
