Strawberry was originated in Europe in 18th century it is bright red juicy and sweet fruit . It contains high amount of vitamin C and VitaminB9 which is commonly known as folate , strawberry rich in antioxidants and control blood sugar level also it is used in variety of things likes jams, jelly and in desserts .

No doubt strawberry contains well amount of a different type of proteins and vitamins but it as has adverse effect over the body but it mainly has more prominent effect for health so it is good to consume strawberry
