Reason behind fats
According to the report of WHO World Health Organization 2016 1.9 million people who are aged from 18 years old are fatty people , not every obese person willing to loss his or her weight every person has his own mindset and priorities in different ways so let them follow .
How we put on weight?
The question is very common , and the answer is when we do not engage ourselves with the necessary physical activities and when we eat to much things mainly the things which are not healthful for human body then we start getting put on weight and then that weight start getting irritating us in most of the cases people wanted to wear the dashing dresses and fully designed but they could not because they are overweight and in over size there are no such designs are available , also there are some medical conditions in which a person is fatty I am not trying to mention I am just trying to convey my meaning that how a person can get rid of the obesity .
Mother of diseases;
Obesity gives birth to so many diseases such as hypertension , diabetes, heart related diseases and so on some there diseases almost 70%of the people who are fatty they really want to loose their weight , our body needs workout and some physical activity to stay healthy when a person start doing exercise his other organs also start doing proper functioning the chances of such diseases are less as compare to the person who is facing the obesity , their are adipose tissues in human body who have normal range in a normal body of human but when a person does not try and engage himself with any activity and just he eats everytime with no concentration then the level of adipose tissues start getting higher in the body and the person become fatty
Fast foods :-
Now a days our lifestyle has became such that you choose fast food items over the simple food and these fast food products like pizza , burger and other food items which are soaked in oil ruining our stomach and digestion system these not only causes the obesity in us but also they cause heart burning and some allergic effects on body ,the disease which is ulcer is notorious disease which is also caused by consumption of spicy food items. One more thing which should be included here is the consumption of cold drinks , which is becoming a trend in our young generation most of the cold drinks contain alcohol in higher amount which is too bad to consume for our health system.
Poor hygiene system:-
The hygiene system can also be one of the major reason of obesity in young generation mostly the young people took their breakfast and even they took dinner at different hotels and the students who are living away from their home and resident in the hostels their food , meal are sometime made or contain some contaminated things it may include a spoon which is not properly washed or the vegetable , meat and chicken which is not completely gone through the hygiene process so it cause different diseases and in some cases it can cause obesity
Luxury lifestyle:-
So many machines have been introduced in our life and our lifestyle has been totally changed by 360 angle we are becoming so much comfortable day by day with the help of electronic gadgets even when we have to wash the crockery we do it with the help of different type of gadgets no doubt science is making progress in each and every field and it is beneficial for human beings but one drawback which I think it is a major one is that it is turning the humans the laziest creatures on the earth the physical activities are decreasing and our children which in previous ages love to play the outdoor games now preferring I door games which they play on the LED with the help of remote , the physical playing is beneficial not only to keep the child active but by playing such plays and taking part in such activities children got to know about different things of society they learn and grasp much as compare to sitting in home and playing online games on mobile or on different gadgets it in turns effects on their minds and it became addictive day by day the behaviour of different children also become annoying by the passage of time they lag somewhere and when they grew up they could not match their vibes with their age mate in short they could not engage themselves in their class in college or even in university in most cases where a person has to be social with so many people because the university life is such life where you can learn only by engaging with different people and it is a two way process in which knowledge transfers from one side to the another side and when a person fails to engage he could not succeed in showing his or her qualities at maximum level .
Sitting in vain :-
Most of the people who became fatty the major reason behind their obesity is sitting in vain , like all we do most of the time when we have nothing to do we only sit on bed or sofa with our mobile and sometime start scrolling the feed or watching the videos on different platform thorough which we gain nothing but only waste our precious time hours this sitting makes dull our mind the scientific researches shows that the radiations which came from the electronic gadgets grasp our mind and it reduces the capability and strength of human mind , but there is another case that most of the people do their jobs but their jobs include sitting on the chair but nothing else so what they should do I think they should do exercise at regular basis when they become free from their work and try to start exercise if they could not do exercise they should just take a step in doing so they must go for just a morning walk because when a person took an initiative then after doing practice for some days he become use to it and then he could also achieve the milestone and he feel motivation day by day .
What is body shaming :-
Every person has his own body line and he is comfortable in his body when the other people criticize him over his body it is refer to as body shaming .
Most of people have heard about this but some of us are unaware about the terminology or basic concept behind this word . When a person is fatty don't call him a fatty person if you want to give him an advise do this in a good and generous way there are so many ways to give an advice do this in very polite way that the next person could not even feel that you are targeting him , on the same way if someone is skinny do not mock him or do not make fun of him it is his body and he knows in better way that what should he do to look graceful leave the old stereotypical things , like a slim person only look good the world has reached somewhere till moon and we are just getting into these problems till now it is not acceptable in today's society . If a person came to you for taking an advice give him a better one because he came to you because he has believe on you that you would be kind and generous towards him and may be your one kind and sincere advice could change his whole world . Always spread love because if you spread it you get it back and at end love always wins no matter how much the next party is doing bad .
