Exercise is not for becoming smart and to get rid of the fat belly , actually exercise is necessary for staying fit and healthy .
It is very important work , when we eat some food which contain oil content more we should do exercise to stay fit by doing exercise our body blood start circulation at higher level and according to science point of view mitochondria increases through which cellular respiration increases , though we feel little uncomfortable when we start doing exercise but if we make it routine we will not find it difficult to do exercise regularly it is because our mitochondria increases that also enhances our stamina to cope with the oxygen lower level and then we not feel it too much .
By doing exercise regularly our metabolism works fastly and stomach does it's work exponentially .
