Character building:-

Character building refers to the activities and effort which a person do for upholding his values, customs and tradition in short to make his character good. Character is the one basic thing which is of much importance one should pay full attention to make his character well it improves the impact of a person in the society and social values remain in balance plus people love to interact those people who are morally good and have build a basic narrative to live in the society and people think that person has some ethics and his standard is higher.

Student's character building:-

The first way of building character is home your home values should be higher because when you speak to someone it represent your upbringing if your behaviour would be good with other people it will show that your mother and father both are good and on the other hand if you are behaving in bad way then people will surely think about your parents , it is the basic saying that you are the shadow of your parents , the character which your parents have you will own the same so first role in building the character is of parents , parents should think that they should talk their child in a polite and good way in that your son or daughter will talk to other people .

Teacher role:-

Secondly teachers play a huge Role in making best student , knowledge is not just about taking exams and then in result getting good grades people actually gain knowledge just to stand out themselves from rest of the society so that they may look prominent in world they could mark their name with golden worlds it is not about to just get gpa and then get a job just for the sake of money people should think that their character their values and their ethics are of much importance a person should not forget his basics because those the same basics which turns him into a well educated man with full of wealth and happiness .

Teacher should be the role model students because if the character of teacher is best than it will help the student to gain that character positive vibes emerges from teacher then most of student could easily connect with the teacher.There are some points which a teacher should posses to build the character of students:-

If the teacher has positive approach in teaching then students also posses the positive approach in learning lesson and they could engage more with the teacher and understand well .

Teacher should show affection towards his students he should deal like his brothers and sister how he treat them at home student should not get a vibe that they are at a different place .

Students should learn to share their things with other people with other students so that every student feel equality there should not be the vibe of inferior and superior person. Each and every person is free to live.

Teacher should talk to his students according to their mentality level because if you teach a student according to his age it more likely that they will grasp more small things one day build a good character there are five counts of character building of students :-

Honesty :when a student start telling only truth then understand that person is on the way to build his character

Respect: is the way of showing your ethics there is a simple way of give respect and take respect also in our society there is our custom that one should necessarily respect to his elder and the young people should be affectionate towards child's it is a two way process which flow in continuity with the help of both sides .

Responsibility : when a person got to know his responsibility then it is likely that a person is getting mature mind wise and he is building his moral values according to the society where he is living

Kindness: kindness is ultimate goal of building character of students kindness help a person to build his good image everywhere in each field of life where he is working wether in school, college or at job it gives a good impression to other people and even the client to which you are dealing may easily get satisfied by just your way of talking to him and also it become your responsibility to do justice with your work which has been assigned from your client and a kind person do his work with all heart and try to put his all good effort in the task to make happy his client .

Tolerance:-

The common problem which the young generation is mostly facing this time is just of tolerance that people are lacking tolerance nowadays people are lacking this . Most of the people use electronic gadgets and spend most of the time on mobile. Mobile is becoming addiction to the people some of them always spend their whole day on mobile they lag in other physical activities and somehow their behaviour changes when someone try to engage with them they are reluctant to any change.

Student should be tolerant and they should be engaging in nature with other people.This will enhance their behaviour and also they become socialize .

Friend Circle:

You know by the company which you have ! If you have good friends around you it clearly depicts that you are also good in your nature. And same if your friends are not good it means you are also following the same path so it is necessary to have good friends because friends are those who build your personality outside of the home because in university it is the most crucial time of your life where you could learn as much as you can it only on depends upon your strength.So these were some main points which one should mainly teachers to build the character of their students .
