Menu of today was: Shish barak and Sanbousik. πππ These two dishes are very tasty but they take a lot of time to be done especially if you are making it for a lot of people. So first you make the dough, let it rest a bit, then you start to stuff them with kafta, then put them in the oven and lastly in the yogurt. Menu of today: Baked veggies π I put in the oven eggplants, potatoes, garlic, onion and cauliflower with some salt and oil.
