Is poverty a choice? Have you heard the quote, “**if you are born poor it’s not your mistake, but if you die poor it’s your mistake”? So it’s appropriate to blame the poor and say it was their fault if they would die as poor?** Some of you might have an opposite perspective to mine about this, but I (will) always respect that. I’ll discuss my stand and will justify it, and you guys are free to drop yours. I wanna hear the voice of your mind, so let’s have a healthy discussion about this matter. Actually, I am a believer of the quote that attributed by billy gates—before. I do believe that people who died as poor are the only one who should be blame. It was their fault, it was their choice, it was the result of their actions. **Until I suddenly realized one thing, do they want to be die as poor?** I had multiple arguments about this, when a sudden realization hit me last year, I’ve asked a lot of people to hear their perspective and up to now, I’m stuck with it. **I’m still on my stand, and none of those reasons convinced me.** I came from a poor family, and it’s hard for me to say that it’s a choice where **I have always seen how my mom wants to fight off the poverty.** **She worked hard to the point that 2 work isn’t enough for her just to escape us from poverty, is that still a choice? I grew up with the thought that if we work hard and study well, then we will have a good life, and that’s the greatest lie I have ever heard in my entire life. My mama is the only one who taught me that things and now that I’m not a kid anymore, seeing her makes me want to ask more that if hard work of someone is enough to get rid the poverty, then why she’s still stuck in the same situation as before?** We have a tendency to say that the poor are poor because they are **lazy, they refuse to go to school, and they spend their money on gambling, drugs, and alcohol. It’s actually what happens in some, but that’s not applicable in general.** When you look at the whole picture of the world, you will see that the poor people are higher than those who have the privileges, just think of the street children, homeless, PWD that rely on their family because they can’t provide for themselves, those who are breadwinners, working and drop out students, workers who settled by low-paying jobs, and people who chose to worked because they are deprived of the privilege in education. **How I wish poverty is just a choice in the reality of life, but it’s actually beyond one’s choice.** **Poverty is cyclical. If you are born poor, then expect that it could be generational, and less privileges. If you have less privileges, would it be possible to easily overcome poverty? No, because you should face the countless structural barriers that impossible to do so if you don’t have enough money.** There are many workers who have been settling for the salary job that they don’t deserve. For example, the teachers. Teachers in the Philippines are shouting for the fair salary that they deserve in the first place, it’s really so hard for them and if ever they are the ones who should be blame for that situation, how could be its reasonable? One of my cm said it’s their fault because they can choose to work abroad, but how could teachers do that if they aren’t privilege enough? How easily is it to apply in abroad for someone who has many competitors in the opportunities? And lastly, what is the probability that someone can work abroad if they are less-fortunate and doesn’t recognize fairly by their country? **The reality is, we could access something based on our socio-economic background.** First and foremost, we recognize that education is the most important tool or the most safety net of us to get out from poverty, but how if the parents can't able send their child to school? Or just think the street children who don’t go to school, if they grew up and learned to work hard being uneducated, do you think that they could get out from poverty knowing that **the more uneducated you are, the more you have no capability to find a high salary job?** Another example of reality, numerous students who are graduated from public schools have the low chances of getting a high salary job because there’s a big **difference between those who graduated from prestigious over public schools.** The students who had no privilege to prestigious school have disadvantages in the job market and tend to be more less-fortunate—the reality. So they are more ending up with the low-paying jobs that affect their ability to put the money for themselves and leave them to stuck in the same place they started. A good example of this is those graduated students who ended up being call center. I would be actually one of them, nyark. **Second, one cause of poverty is capitalism.** Ordinary workers taken for granted of those powerful; leaving them to be behind in the society. I remember the quote I’ve read somewhere, **“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. But what if he were swept aside by big fishing vessels?” does it make sense?** Now, if you'll gonna say to me that impossible things can be possible if we just really wanted to and worked hard for it, I disagree. **Sometimes, even how much your eagerness and hard wok to fulfill something, you cannot achieve it if you’re less-fortunate.** Like a lot of SHS students want to go and continue their college education (like me) and it’s hard for us to say that we can make it if we really want to because how can we make it if wanting isn’t enough? How could it be, if the only option we have is to be a worker while being a student? How could we work hard for it, if our parents can’t no longer provide, and we have no food that can put on the table? **It’s irresponsible to accuse the poor because they are the most actually hard-working people around the world. The tricycle drivers, vendors, janitors, garbage collectors and more. How sucks to be blame the vulnerable people where they are just the victim of a stupid system. I do believe that the fault lies in the system and never the oppressed because we are all living to survive and wants to live for a long period of time. We are working hard as we can and hoping as much as possible, why would be punished the poor by saying that it’s their fault and decision at the end of the day?** **If there are options, why would a person want to be died as poor?** What do you think? Are you same with my opinion or an opposite to me? Whatever, I wanna know the thoughts of y’all. **Tahanan will always be grateful to all of you. My gratitude couldn’t express by words but one thing’s for sure, i owe y’all!** **; image is edited by me.**
Nostalgic feels **I am longing for the old days, for the homies and friends I’ve got from this world before.** I revisited this world a few months ago, and even last year after being inactive for how many months. I remember that I’ve been inactive on this platform due to my academic responsibilities, it was 2023 of January. The last article I was able to publish was “please, help me!”, and my hectic sched continues, that’s why I chose to stop and take a break. To be honest, it’s so basic for me to dump this account before and be inactive because of the unappreciated mindset I had back then. **I thought it would be easy for me to let my works and homies slip away in just a blink of an eye, but I’m wrong.** I decided to read again my works on this platform, and I am shocked by the impressive writing skills I have before. I can’t imagine how I wrote my articles at the age of 15 years old, and in an English language that I'm not into with. I found it captivating, and at the same time, while reading the comment section and stalking those peeps who became part of my journey, I suddenly regretted the time I decided to stop. **The nostalgic feels when I've read my old peeps here, they were inactive and most of them has published their last article one year ago.** I remember when I tried to enter this world, I am very hesitant because I thought it would not easy for me to make things work. But then, after how many days, I became comfortable with this world and the people around here. **The comfort, support, love, care and genuineness of people here is no doubt. I suddenly missed. If only I chose to continue even on busy days, perhaps I wouldn’t feel this way; sorrow and regretfulness.** Indeed, people here before become busy with their lives and possibly, they have already forgotten each one of us. Idk, but there’s a high chance? **But regardless, I wish them the best. I’m so grateful for the memories and little life update we have shared with each other. We learned to each of us, and I won’t forget the people here who became part of my life. I treasured and will always the short bond we created with each other.** **I hope we can go back to the time when I am with my homies, sharing my life with them, and they will as well. I just suddenly realized how it's beautiful to reminisce with those great memories**. **Tahanan will always be grateful to all of you. My gratitude couldn’t express by words but one thing’s for sure, i owe y’all!** ; image is edited by me.
Little miss birthday I planned that I would be back on the exact day when my parents had unprotected sex, kidding aside! ^^ **24th of March**, another cute baby was born in this world. She was a crybaby in her teenage years, but while growing up, she's exposed to a lot of things that led her to **dream big and survive for the things that she deserves.** My birthday last year was celebrated with my best friend. It was one of the priceless moments of my life. That's the only birthday that I experienced to celebrate, even though it's not a grand celebration as others do. It was simple, but full of genuineness and love. Some of you might wonder why that's the only celebration of my birthday I ever experienced in my entire life, because celebrations for low-income class are something like once in a blue moon. There are many people who don't do celebrations on their birthdays because it's either, **they have no privilege to do that or they actually don't want to celebrate. Unfortunately, I am always destined in the first one.** I chose to stay at home, even though I should enjoy my birthday. I should go to my friends and have fun because money or food wouldn't be a problem for them. We can celebrate my birthday without money and food, bonding will do. But sadly, as we grow older, **it doesn't be easy for us to make time for our loved ones**. Even if y'all say, “if they wanted to, they would” —No, it's not applicable in every situation. There are things that even we have the will or eagerness to do a certain thing, we can't for some reason. They are so busy with their research papers, and other staffs of them just like me during also the birthday of my two friends in my circle. I didn't attend that time, but they considered my reason and understood my situation, which is I did right now. **Though, they never forget to greet me at exactly 12 am and I appreciate them, specially the effort for waiting that shows how they value me as they friend. I must say, “if they can, they literally would.”** Another thing, **growing up makes you no longer excited to your birthday**. Idk, but do u guys find the same way? Unlike when I was 10 years old, I cried when my mama told me that we cannot celebrate my birthday. I also remember when I turned 15, I cried so much because I'm expecting that I could celebrate my birthday, but it turned out we had to stay home because my mom got positive to Covid-19, I was so disappointed. Then now, no longer feels the same excitement before, it's part of evolving, I guess. I chose to enjoy my company and watch those favorite celebrities who never failed to make me happy. My birthday wasn’t become special because I chose to treat it as a normal day. Though, how I wish that one day I’ll experience the kind of celebration where I need to blow the candle, people in my surroundings were singing, and I have to wish for myself. I hope one day, my birthday will be celebrated in a way I wanted to. **May the universe let me experience the kind of celebration I truly deserve.** I am happy for those people who had enjoyed their birthdays, even if it's a grand celebration or not. But I knew that one day, ***the things that meant for us will eventually be ours***. **Still, at the end of the day, it depends on us how we control our minds and emotions in these kind of circumstances. I could say, I enjoyed on my own, and I am thankful that I already opened another chapter of my life.** **To little miss,** **Your younger self wouldn't believe about your life today. Keep going. Be the woman who's walked through fire. Your breakthrough is one step closer. Cheers to your 17 years of** **survival!**
Please, help me! Greetings, homies! how’s the day of y’all? what about ur mood? there are something about you was trying to overcome? ... Hoping everyone is fine and doing well! Actually, it wasn't my planned to write about this certain topic because i need to review and focus to upcoming exam, but i needed badly because it's continuing bothered me these past few days. So, i wanna share that i have a classmate who's suffering and struggling from **social anxiety**. I didn't know that ”****HE****” has social anxiety at first, but i’m pretty sure that there’s a mystery inside of him. Well, yes, i’m not a professional to say that he's suffering from social anxiety but when i had deep talk with him, i could say “its doubtless.” This person isn't my friend, nor belong to my circle of friend, but he has a special place in my heart BWHAKAHHAJAJSHAHA OKAY, STOP IT. I liked him actually, bcs he let me know the feeling of butterflies in stomach. He is the only person that i showed the other side of me, specifically my “sapak” or craziness. Huhu, I MISS THOSE TIMES. To be honest, we’re not very close in personal, but when it comes in social media, or chat, seems like we're so comfortable to share all of the things that happened in our life. He’s so marshmallow in personal BWHAKAHAHAHJAJ, actually he liked me before when ftf classes started, and he confessed his feelings through chat but i didn't believe after all. Then, long story was happened ‘til he uncrush me bcs of his friend and my bestfriend became his crush. As a result, we become so close to each other because of no awkwardness, but take note that this closeness is for internet only nyahahaha. I had many deep talks with him, and i admire the way he thinks about life. I actually want to share the reasons why i fell on him, but i need to stop. No no no, stop me So, i chatted him 1 week ago because he said, “**friendless nga sa school**” which made me realize his suffering from social anxiety. He vent and share with me, he's feelings and experiences in our room, and i only said, “i pity him." He was actually suffering from **family problem in the long run of pandemic,** he was share it last year then ftf was happened so that’s the reason he’s more struggling in socializing that became worsened every day. **His relatives disgusted on him, specially his FAMILY, which should be his strength. If you are on his position, u probably became suicidal person.** We actually argued at first because i thought he always self-pity, u know pinaparamdam niya sa sarili niya na palagi siyang kawawa which is hindi because for me, he still has friends and his father is on his side. Then, he shared that he's always feel “**nakiki belong** ” to his friends, and even in our classroom. So, i said, “**you are always belong**” because he just needs to socialize and make friends. To be honest, it's not hard to be my friend or to be part of my circle, you just need to socialize without making a wall to urself. I had said my point of view to him, and he listened and take it as positive advice. He’s open-minded, one of the reasons why he got my heart. Thereafter, i thought there were changes that would happen, but i’m wrong and he still on his comfort zone. So, i make “me time” to let my mind speak. I’m so curious why he’s having a hard time to socialize, so i actually thinking if it's social anxiety or just shyness. The urge to asked him is on my mind. **He was said before that he's afraid to be judged.** When he always received a judgement about him, **it's messing his mind every night. He was also afraid to criticize**, but not in appropriate way, but the criticism that would give a fear after. **He can't hold too much of judgements and criticism.** **He avoids meeting new people, and he's having a hard time to socialize.** Furthermore, **he feels nervous every time my teacher called his name**, even it's not all about recitation. **He can't do public speaking, specifically reporting. He’s so self-conscious, that’s why he's not confident to himself. He's not trusting himself in any circumstances.** **He can't make eye contact, and his sorrows, burdens, negativity, rejections, outcasted, bullied, left behind, discriminated, failures, problems, tired, pain, unwanted, unloved, and abandonment is all on his mind.** **He can't also express himself,** even on his childhood friend. He can't show who is he, his true personality. And to be honest, **he has anger issue** and i was turned off to him before because he can't control his anger to the point that he became rude to my classmate. I called him before, **a redflag.** But i was realise that i’m wrong because he's not rude, he just became rude to my classmate is because he’s attacking of anxiety. That time kasi, the attention of all is on him. So, i remembered all the time that he attacked by anger issue, it's not because he’s angry and can't control it but because he was attacking by anxiety. The worse part is, **he is experiencing shaking or trembling of his hand when he's around of many people** and i witnessed it during our filming. **There are fear and worrying inside of him**. **Anxiety is more than shyness, and it can lead to depression.** I said it to him, but he replied “**tapos magpapakamatay no? ayos”** and i cursed him. I want to help him, but i don’t know the steps. I don't know what is the first step, the second step and so on. I know that **he needs a hand everytime he was attacking from anxiety, he needs support and positivity of his surroundings. He needs to learn how to express himself, how to be confident.** I’m aware of the things that i need to do, but i don't know how to start**. I must help him,** i can’t take and let that there's a person who’s suffering from anxiety. **If i can help him, i would.** This is sensitive, and i require a tea of advice. What should be the first step? What should i do and consider before helping him? He asked me **“how can i escape on this?” even his parents can’t understand him,** i’m worried.
Don’t get me wrong .. hola, homies! how's the day of y’all? do y’all remember me?? will the robot remember me??? After 5 months of being inactive, finally i got a time to come back. In my last publish article, i’ve said that i’ll try to be active on this platform, but i failed because i decided to prioritize my study. I’m currently in Junior High School, and who have been a consistent honor student. Therefore, i need to focus and pay attention to my study. I have a tea of chika to all of you and because of a long run of being inactive, i miss each of you. Specially, this site that served as my home. I miss those time that i vent and rant on this platform, this world takes me to the home that i’m safe and accepted. To be honest, i miss all of you and no joke it is. Lately, i was thinking the thought of “what if i try to come back?” There's nothing wrong about that, right? There's nothing wrong if i’ll back to the home that gave a peace at me? To the home that served as my Twt, Facebook, Ig, and all social media platforms that i could rant and vent. This is the first safe place of mine. So, here i am. Coming back to my home, i hope y'all will accept me again and be my friends. I already forgot my friends here, missing them tbh. Hoping they would remember me, the robot as well. **Don’t get me wrong, but hi! It’s me, tahanan that came back. Greetings, my homies!** ....
Taste your words **“Be mindful when it comes to your words. A string of some that don’t mean much to you may stick with someone for a lifetime.”** **— Rachael Wolchin** One week has passed after my last article, i've become busy for these past few days because of opening face-to-face classes that started on Monday. Anyway, i'm back and i'll try to be active again in this platform, though i need to focus on my study. Actually, i don't know how do i gonna start because it wasn't my article that i planning to write but since my best friend and i had a chismisan session BWAHAHHAHAHAHA, i've decided to make an article first about this. I shared my elementary days to my best friend, what i've experienced and what is the most embarrassing moment that happened to me when i was in elementary. After my story time, i ask how about her experiences when she was elementary, and she said that her elementary days is so boring and the worst part of her life. She experienced bullying from her cousin and classmates. She said that her cousin always pointing out her flaws, her curly hair and sungking ngipin and hence, it was the reason of her insecurities and low self-esteem. **I feel sorry for her, it's hard to gain confidence on this fvck off society.** When Rachael Wolchin once said **— Be mindful when it comes to your words. A string of some that don’t mean much to you may stick with someone for a lifetime.** Nakasalubong ka na ba ng lalaking sobrang dungis at mabaho? Be gentle, we just need to look at it. The pain of someone is invisible to everyone, but it doesn't mean that our words wouldn't crush them. Someone maybe on the verge of giving up and trying really hard to look okay when in fact, they are dying on the inside.**
What If The Multiverse Was Real? **“Our understanding of reality is not complete, by far”** **— Andrei Linde** Have you ever heard of the Multiverse hypothesis? If you haven't heard yet, and this is the first calling of you, i just wanna say sorry if this article will be the reason of your curiosity. Well, i've heard Multiverse year 2020, and because of curiosity, i made a research and yeah it's a mind-boggling. I've also made research about parallel universe, doppelganger, alternatives, agartha, bermuda triangle, and more. I've forgotten the others, but these stuff is kind of mind-blowing, i swear. Especially, the Multiverse that predicted by several scientific theories. **So, what is the Multiverse?** Multiverse is just a term of scientists to describe the observable universe. The multiverse concept is supported of many scientists including Stephen Hawking, Andrei Linde, Michio kaku, and more. Scientists just used as supporting evidence in the idea of a multiverse is purely theoretical and in some cases is philosophical. Therefore, multiverse is simply hypothesis or theory which has not been proven until now, thus, there's no direct evidences that multiverse is actually exists. Our universe can access using the telescope, and so far, the telescope can only reach the 90 billion light years of the observable universe. Hence, the observable universe is finite, but our universe is infinite. According to the multiverse theory, our universe is just one or a subset of the multiverse. To simplify it, the multiverse theory proposing that our universe is just one in a much larger multiverse — many universes may exist as well, and it's called as parallel universes, alternate universes and many wolds. **Multiverse is a hypothetical group of universes, “where there could be a pocket of the universe that are expanding with no knowledge of any other pockets of the universe.” — compromising everything that exists. The entirety of space, time, matter, energy, information and the physical laws and constants.** **There are many multiverse various theories over time, and the physicist community has debated and divided about this scientific hypothesis.** Steve Weinberg suggested that there could be a universe where the physics will never allow matter to coalesce. We can never get stars that would be a lifeless universe. There could be other universes where we can make stars, but we don't make a heavy element that would be a universe with stars, beautiful night skies as we have, but nothing we know and love — planets and life. There are various theoretical types of multiverses and universes, such as the provided **taxonomy of four levels of the universe** by Max Tegmark. The **nine types of multiverses** that discussed by the American theoretical physicist Brian Greene. The **many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics** that proposed by physicist Hugh Everett. The taxonomy of Max Tegmark has four levels that beyond the familiar observable universe. This theory is just a piece of science fiction but, it explains so many interesting features of our world, and it's all about the observed properties of the universe, such as its structure and the distribution of galaxies. This theory has also explained the inflation, that could happen over and over again. To make it simple, the four levels of universe has started in level I — which means '**our universe is expanding infinitely**, and the matter has equally separately.' The matter equally separately and that's the reason why the inflation could happen over and over again. Now, If our universe is expanding infinitely, and there are many universes according to the level I, probably some of **them has clone of us**. We can find our doppelgänger, our other version or our alternate versions. Max Tegmark even computed the distance of our doppelganger or our duplicate. According also to the level 1 of Max Tegmark theory, the other universes might have the same size of our observable universe which means there are also universes that we can find our doppelgänger in another universe even the history or the past. For example, if Hitler is already die how many decades ago, then probably he's still alive in many worlds. Hell mind-boggling. **Again, the multiverse is just a hypothesis or theory, and we don't know if there really is something beyond in our observable universe.** But, if multiverse was real, i hope there's a version of me living in the life that i wanted. I hope that there's a version of me who successfully not just in the financial matter, but to succeed in fulfilling the happiness of itself. I hope there's a version of me who knows the worth of a person and having the own price that didn't set by anybody. I hope there's also a version of me who in love not with someone, but in the nature, darkness, stars, birds that singing early in the morning, good friends, aroma from the coffee, different colors of sunrise and sunset, beauty of butterflies, rainbow, people smiles, loneliness, and in-short in life. I hope there's a version of me who knows how to matter the small things, how to appreciate the old songs, how to make people's smile, how to value experiences that priceless, how to value people that should be a treasure. I hope there's also a version of me who always choosing the self at the end, never defining herself in the perception of others, and never putting herself in a place that couldn't be appreciated. I hope my versions of mine in multiverse is succeeded in fulfilling the own happiness, not the happiness of the others. **What about yours? If multiverse were real, what would be your another version?** By the way, if you wouldn't understand and comprehend my explanation about multiverse. I'm deeply sorry because it's really a mind-blowing, and even me couldn't understand some types of theoretical multiverses. And if you'll ask if i do believe in multiverse, well, it's a NO. Experts was unable to estimate the number of galaxy in local group, and even the groupings of galaxy in the universe. Another thing, the actual size of the universe.
Why The World Can Give A True Love To The Wrong Person? I remember Zeinab Harake who's a Filipino content creator on YouTube platform, a vlogger, social media influencer, model, and entrepreneur. She has reached over 12 million subscribers to her YouTube channel because of her vlogs and prank videos. As far as i know, she's a 23-year-old vlogger that belong to the Cristian religion. She also has 3 kids, but few months ago zeinab reveal that her third child is died because of miscarriage. She said goodbye to her baby moon which is the third one and as a result, she's become part of the headlines a few months ago. Her miscarriage became trending and her marital status to her partner as well. Zeinab is well-known for her relationship with a famous Filipino rapper named Skusta Clee. As far as i remember, when they're still a couple, they were broke up several times because of cheating. Year 2020 a guess, they became part of the headlines again because people were shocked to the preggy zeinab harake. I was also shocked that time, especially when they announced to the public that the father of zeinab pregnancy is the only one who has name is Skusta Clee. Because of that, zeinab received numerous negative comments as well as positive comments. There are many people who was disappointed to Zeinab because she's back again to her cheater-ex, and the worst part is, she let skusta as the father of her wonderful child who's the reason of her wounds in the past. As time goes by, Skusta changed a lot after he became a father, and people are witnessed it. But eventually, it's a few months ago, zeinab revealed that their second child which is baby moon died without the presence of Skusta Clee. They were separated because of cheating again. She revealed that she's a single mom right now after of misfortune to her third child and frustration to her partner. She revealed it on Toni talks channel and i was admired to her braveness. Actually, when i watched the interview, i've said to myself, “no, it's not scripted anymore.” I feel her emotions and the only feelings that i felt that time, a pity. I pity to her, after her miscarriage, anxiety, depression, and frustrations, how could she's still standing for her kids? **I've realise again how heavy the pain of a mother. Zeinab deserved the love of the world.** Thereafter, i've asked myself — **“why the world can give a true love to the wrong person?”** **Why, people that deserving to receive a genuine love received the opposite that they deserved to be?** **I know that people who received the opposite that they deserved has the only one who should be blame because of choosing the wrong person, but why sometimes we will never be good enough? Even we put all of our efforts, our 100 percent, the whole of ourselves, why we're not still good enough?** **I guess because we waste ourselves to the wrong direction — to the wrong person.** **; We're the only reason why weren't been enough because if we see our price as a person, then we will not stay in the place that doesn't see our worth.** **But still, why can world give a true love to the wrong person? — Why does it give to the people who didn't deserve at all, but the people who genuinely loves seems like they don't deserve the perfect love?** You can share your thoughts, by the way. mwah. that's my night thoughts, i'm just bored lol.
Can We Blame A Person Who Has Changed? **“People change all the time.”** **— Tony Shalhoub** **As we grow, time will change, society will change, political instances will change, people will change. The world will change because the world isn't a static place where it's only fixed in one place — kasabay ng pagbabago ng panahon, magbabago rin ang mundo. We will learn new things from life, and it's normal to see that the world is changing because people grow over the years.** When we're young, our physical attributes will change into an adult. When we're already an adult, we will be the next-year-old generation. Our lives will evolve, and we will change at a slower pace. Have you encountered someone who has changed? ‘Yung tipong mapapatanong ka ng **“hindi naman siya ganiyan dati, ano‘ng nangyari?”** **‘**Yung mapapasabi ka ng **“nasaan na ‘yung dating nakilala ko?”** **“bakit hindi na katulad ng dati ‘yung ugali mo?”** **“naninibago na ako sa‘yo”** Have you heard these words to someone else? In your friend, siblings, parents, loved one, or anybody? Or are you one upon that complaining it to your family, friends, or loved one? Well, regardless of who you are in these two things, or even you're not yet experienced the first one or the second one, you should always remember that people grow and change for good or for bad. **Circumstances either good or bad makes us change, and that changes make us grow.** **Changes are uncomfortable, it's okay to feel bad if there are people that has changed a lot from comfortable into a strange. But, don't blame them if they're changed unexpectedly. If they're changed more than you'd anticipated. Don't complain to them or either leave them. Don't say something off to them because of the change. Don't blame them if you didn't see any more you want to their character.** **People that has changed didn't intention to change.** Did you see what they went through before they changed? Did you see what they received treatments of the world before they changed? - We just need to ask ourselves **why people** **need to change.** **— Bago pakawalan ang galit, sinisigurado muna na hindi na kayang indahin ang sakit.** **We can't blame someone if it's changed to another kind of character. Every stage of our life, there's always a change. We must grow, we have to learn from our mistakes, we have to let off the hatred, we must cure the wounds of the past, we must move forward and choose ourselves at the end.** **kaya ‘wag ninyo sanang sisihin ‘yung mga taong nagbago o magbago, minsan kasi mundo na ang naghuhulma sa atin bilang panibagong tao.**
Can Everyone Find The Happiness Without Sadness? **Happiness and sadness is part of our lives. These two are an emotional feeling that we can experience anytime, anywise and anywhere. Happiness will never be a stand-alone feeling that we could experience, it's a correlation of sadness at all circumstances.** (I'm wondering right now, why can we still be happy or feel better at sad feeling, but we can't feel sadness if we were at the moment of happiness? haha, kinda weird.) Happiness can be caused of anything. It **can be from in a person**, just like our family, friends, and loved one's. Maybe **circumstances**, graduation, or marriage. How about **from things,** our luxuries or just things that we dreamt to have. Probably, some of us can found happiness in **'success' or achievements. Contentment, or having self-love and self-worth.** It's just, happiness could be found on many reasons. Could be found in the aftermath of one of these. On the other hand, sadness is caused of many things. **Commonly in struggles, frustration, failures, and misfortunes.** **Now, can everyone find the happiness without sadness?** Personally, it's literally a **NO**. As what i've said, we can still feel better at the moment of emotional pain because i do believe that **sadness could be a key to happiness.** If there's no sadness at all, we **can't measure the happiness we will feel in the present. Happiness can only measure by the depth of personal sadness.** **We can't find the happiness without sadness. Happiness is just a termination of sadness.** **— The height of happiness, the height of sadness.** / Just think of it, happiness is **contentment.** Imagine that you believed in the quote that “success is the key to happiness.” So, to be able to you to be contented in your life, you must be to succeed. And when you're already one upon of success people, you felt contentment or simply, **your happiness is fulfilled**. **But, how did you measure your happiness if you don't experience the failures while striving for your goals? If you don't experience the hardships and frustrations?** In another instance, a couple needs to distance to each other or have a long-distance relationship because they need to finish their studies and reach their goals. They decided to have a long-distance relationship, even it's complicated and uncertain. Now, they're successful and engaged to each other. **The measure of happiness they felt right now is priceless, so how did they measure their happiness if they don't experience and overcome the struggles of a long-distance relationship?** **Without struggles, the heights of their happiness couldn't be measure at all.** **The greatest of the happiness that we felt right now, the greatest of the sadness that we had in the past. Happiness will never found without sadness, but happiness can judge by the pain or sadness that provides of life**. Rajneesh once said, **“Sadness gives depth. Happiness gives height. Sadness gives roots. Happiness gives branches. Happiness is like a tree going into the sky, and sadness is like the roots going down into the womb of the earth. Both are needed, and the higher a tree goes, the deeper it goes, simultaneously. The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots. In fact, it is always in proportion. That's its balance.”** - It's just, **we can't appreciate the happiness if we haven't learned the sadness that we had once**. **Happiness has no meaning without sadness.** (You can share your thoughts about my content, reading your opinion leads me to improve. So, leave it down here, mwah.)
How Maturity Come's With? **Maturity is when you opens up your wold, and you realize that you are not the center of it.”** **— M.J. Croan.** Adolescence is a period of progress where a young person is developing into an adult. Therefore, maturity begins at adolescence period. When we hit the stage of development, there are many several changes may happen and occur over a period of time. Changes that commonly affect our physical characteristics and sexual maturation, mental and social changes at the same time. Adolescence period that begins at puberty stage and terminated to **maturity.** According to Wikipedia, **“maturity is the learned ability to respond to the environment in a socially appropriate manner.” — “It has different definitions across legal, social, religious, political, sexual, emotional, and intellectual.”** However, when you asked 100 people on the street about maturity means to them, you would get 100 different answers. Some of them probably would say, **'maturity is defined as an ability to listen and have self-awareness'** or either the **'antithesis of childishness.'** While on the other side, the half of 100 people may define a person as matured if it's **'physically reached or developed into an adult.'** Maturity encompasses all of these things, and everyone thinks in a slightly different way about maturity. Maturity can define in five different ways, it can be **in physical, emotional, ethical, intellectual, and social.** Perhaps, the only perspective where everybody could be same, **maturity has a long process and requires time to make it achieve.** But, how a person become matured? Oh, It's really required the age to define a person as matured enough? **Can maturity measure and based by age, not in life experience? So, it's truly that maturity is overly equate with age?** Well, i decided to ask my family about this topic, their perspective or either based on their observation and experiences. Since my mom is in my side, i asked her what's her point of view about this topic. She said, **“Habang ume-edad ka, dapat lumalawak ang utak mo. Hindi p'wede na matanda ka na pero bata ka pa rin mag-isip.” Basically, she believed that maturity comes with age.** I go to the bedroom of my dete or the third child to know her perspective and she said **“sa karanasan.”** I asked her why, and she answered this, “sa karanasan kasi sa karanasan.” Gosh, are you looking for a dog in your house? My dete can be your pet, just buy her for only 20k. I will sell her right now and the only issue she has is, her mouth is armalite just like my mom, but don't worry she's fit to be a dog since her mouth can't stop, and she has a microphone in her tr oath. After i annoyed to my dete, i hastily leave her room. I'm certain that my annoyance towards her will end up in fighting bcs we're just like dog and cat BWHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. My dete and mom proves that new gen and old gen has diverse perspective. Am i wrong? Whatsoever, just don't get me wrong. Anyway, my perspective about how maturity comes is technically in life experience. **I'm not measured the maturity of one's by age, nor based on their physical characteristics.** I do believe that even young can have matured behavior at an early age. People can mature in different ways, in different areas of our lives, even at such a young age. **Age is just a number for me, and even young can think how do adult thinks because experiences has a strong impact on our way of thinking and perception towards life. We can't use the age or physical attributes in judging the mental capability of one's person, nor their characteristic. We can experience struggle's, pain, failures, and reflections in a very short term of years, terminating to the examining of ourselves and wisdom that comes with growing up**. As a teenager, i can say that i'm matured enough to understand the circumstances that happenings in society and in my life. I've learned many things at an early age, how complicated the life is and the world of itself. In my 15 years standing to the life that i living, my mental capability and perception towards life ain't the way how some teens look at it. **I know how to look at the whole picture of this world.** Now, how could i say that i'm matured enough to understand what's life? **Well, because of situations that i witnessed while i'm growing up as adolescent.** **; Realizing how significant the money is** — I've already **watched my parents fighting about financial matters** that lead me to realise '**Our family has financial issue'. Watching my mom crying** because of bills that we can't pay due to financial matters. **Seeing my mom how tired she is** after doing all things to earn enough amount to feed me and my siblings. — Since at an early age**, i compromising my decisions** when money is included because i'm aware in financial status of our family. I remember how **i used to fake that i am not hungry** and i don't want to eat every time we had no food in dining table because of not enough money. How **i used to be sad because i can't buy toys and foods** that i wanted to have and eat. To **say to my friends that “i need to go because i have many things to do”** every time they encourage me to go and eat in 7/11, but **the truth is i don't have enough money or either allowance like them** because the salary of my mom is enough for the essential needs of our family. **To make the coffee or soy sauce as partner in rice** due to can't afford meats. **; Realizing that i need to protect myself because no one can do that for me**. — Remembering **myself and older sister got experienced to molested** by our uncle and grandfather in father side. As a kid, it was okay for me before but what the heck right now, traumatizing. You will realise harassment when it's too late. —This was also the time that i realize, **you should never trust anyone blindly** and protect your peace at all times. — **I always used to be brave** and i made protective walls surrounded by me so that no one can hurt me. **; Realizing i should have accountability and doing my responsibility** — When i was a kid, i always did wrong things and my older sister is the only one that carrying my responsibility. It was okay for me and to be honest, instead of feel bad i always used to laugh when i see my older sister crying because she scolded by mom, even i know that's because of me. As time goes by, **i realise that taking accountability and doing your responsibilities is part of our lives. Relying on your responsibilities to others will be caused of inconvenience, unhealthy relationship, and more. While taking accountability won't make you less human.** **; Realizing that everyone will leave you soon and not everyone will see your worth, so being alone is better to be.** — Since when i was elementary, **i always feel unwanted, rejected, and not chosen**. I felt that way because of my friends and, the worst is, because of my siblings. So now, i realise that **music is better than people.** Being comfortable to be alone is the best decision that i ever had. **; Realizing that treating others right is one of our liabilities as human being. Likewise, honesty.** — When i see my mom struggling to control her emotions and anger issue, she always used to be physical for satisfaction. And i said to myself, “**i won't do it to others.”** — When i became agnostic, i've become better. And now, **i do believe that treating others right and not deceiving or manipulating anyone is part of our liabilities as human being**. **; Realizing that i should be independent, emotional independent**. — I realise that **telling your problems and issues to others brings another inconvenience.** I dunno but i want people in my surroundings are comfortable telling their problems to me because i will look at it as not inconvenience, but i don't like i'm sharing my problems to others. Kinda weird. **; Realizing that listening is better more than talking. Especially, having a matured conversation can build a healthy relationship. Another thing, listening and talking about deep topic makes me improve as a learner of life.** **; Chasing myself, not the others. And, being sensitive at all times or should i say, i already accept the differences of everyone.** **Now, am i young enough to know everything?** It's unfair if you won't share your thoughts about this, feel free to share. Ily. **I do believe there's no better teacher when it comes to maturity, unless if it's life.**
Why Parents See Their Children As Their Retirement Plan? **“My children didn't choose to be born. I choose to have children. They owe me nothing. I owe them everything. ”** **- Elon Mask** I've always wondering why parents in the Philippines are viewing their child as their retirement plan. It's a Toxic Filipino culture that still continues until the present times. My mom and i had multiple arguments about this topic, and 'til now we've been arguing who's the person between her and my older sister has responsibilities to supports my needs and tuition fee when i turn into college. She's always saying to my older sister this line — **“Kapag nakapag tapos ka na, ikaw ng bahala sa kapatid mong si (my name) kapag nasa college na.”** Hell no, passing their responsibilities to my older sister na 'tumatayong panganay.' Another thing, we've always fighting of my mom when she's always saying that we, her children, are obliged to pay back when we're working and earning for ourselves. **“natural pinalaki ko kayo” —** her infinitely reason over and over. It's an exhausting to explain and complain that she must not pass their responsibilities nor believe that i owe everything i have right now. **I don't owe my life in my mom, everything that i have right now. She chose this, she chose to born me and gave everything on me.** **Literally guilt-tripping,** saying to your child that **“kayod ako ng kayod para lang mabuhay ka, tapos hindi mo man lang ako tutulungan pagtanda mo.”** What the hell is that perception when you know in the first place that '**your child ain't ask you to born in this world'**? Second kind of guilt-tripping, words of encouragement. **“Anak, magtapos ka ng pag-aaral. Ikaw nalang pag-asa namin dahil mga kuya mo —”** That's still guilt-tripping, encouraging with the words “ikaw nalang pag-asa namin”? **Still, manipulation.** **Please, those thingy are a selfish move.** Because you just raised your kids, then it does mean that they're automatically obligated to pay back and walk as your retirement fund? **No, please.** - If parents see their child as a walking retirement plan, then the idea is **'the parents are constantly love their child when they could/will do something to parents benefits.'** **Children shouldn't ever be responsible to their parents. If they give any help to their parents, it should be voluntary. And parents should be grateful if the child is voluntarily doing the 'pay back'. But if not, then it's still great.** **No one is responsible to our life except us.** **So to all parents that have read this, you need to let your kids laugh at their freedom. Don't be a burden to them. Don't be the driver of their depression, don't be the reason to work them in the job that they did not want. Be a true parent to your kids, please.** And to all future parents out there, when you choose to have kids, don't use the card “para may mag-alaga saakin pagtanda.” **It must be, we choose to have kids because we wanted to experience the joy of raising a child, not a retirement plan.**

What Is A School For? **“Everyone is intelligent, but our grades mades us idiots”** **- Jobin Baret** Since elementary, my name is always in the list of honors. I experienced to be on top, to received various certificates, to have a big size of tarpaulin when my face and full name was placed on as one of the congratulated honor students. I experienced all that along the way at the beginning of my high school days and ever since of the elementary. I wasn't shared it to brag, or to bring any emotions in others. I just wanted to include it as part of my introduction. So, bcs i’m consistent honor student since elementary, my atmosphere is so complicated. Therefore, i always carrying the expectations of my family, my relatives and more. I suffered from pressure, mental breakdowns, and frustrations. I experienced to judge when i get low grades, to hear the words “bobo ka na” when my surroundings didn't satisfy and appreciate my efforts. There are many times that i skipped my meals, having sleepless nights just to finish all my written works and to pass it earlier. It's okay to me because tiredness can rest, but having the highest grades and compliments are priceless. **But then, i've realized that i was slowly killing myself. I was slowly killing myself because of paper works and deadlines. I slowly ruined my mental health because of grades and compliments. I was killing my body, ruining my mental health and making my life as complicated. I was realized it last year. And now, i've been learned my lesson and i won't pressure again myself for the sake of grades. I made that mistake once, and it's enough.** After my realization, i think more and there are many questions that entered my mind. It's all about School, the **system of school**. To be honest, all the lessons that taught me is truthfully, i forgot. I forgot how to work the Pythagorean theorem, even my teacher in math discussed it just a few months ago. The computation in Mechanical energy, Potential energy, and the one that i've also forgotten. I know that we're just sing the same song. Have you experienced to avoid eye contact to your teacher during recitation? Or to afraid of raising your hand because you fear of being wrong? Well, i'm aware that millions of students have had experienced these two things. **And it's an enough proof for me that the school ain't the institution to learn and building up our intellectual. Does the school is just a game for grades? Just a game for memorizing?** According to Wikipedia, “A school is an **educational institution designed to provide learning spaces and learning environments** for the teaching of students--” **Learning environment when the students are tortured for how many words of essay?? Having 2 or more projects due by before 11:59 pm??** **OUR TRADITIONAL TEACHING IS CERTAINLY USELESS.** Why? Just think of it. A teacher would discuss a lesson, then it will throw it in a test. Do you think it's a true education??? **When you're holding a Rubik's Cubes inside the school, teachers will teach you how to memorize the cubes, but not how to align and connects the cubes.** I know that we need to learn how to write, read and how to deal in some arithmetic. How to properly use such English words, it's okay. But teaching me how the typhoon will be landing, such and metaphoric? Gusto ko magkaroon ng pag-asa kay crush, pero hindi maging katulad ni mang tani. Bakit kasi gan'yan. What if the school teaching the student how to handle the stress, rejection, bullies, depression, and anxiety? Some say, for you to be able to success, you should have a degree first. I'm not doubting because it's something proven. But Harvard studies suggest that the most predictable for success is **self-control and emotional health.** Why are the school aren't taught the skill we need for our entire lives?? Because some of the social media platforms were created by drop-outs. The Facebook and YouTube, and even Snapchat. There are many people's that successful without having any degree or without going to school. I don't say to drop out because i just wanted to convey that **our future is in our hands. There's no test in our future, and there's a big difference between PEOPLE WHO'S INTELLIGENT and PEOPLE WHO'S GET HIGH SCORED.** Students that always got high scores are just expert in memorizing the lessons, i could prove it. **Imagine that you're a student who just sitting at the back, you just always used to speak least. You always get low scores, and you're always do not raise your hand. But you're passionate, you have passion inside of you. And when you improve your passion into legacy, you discover a cure for Cancer or HIV. Now, how could you improve your passion and be passionate if everyone is already judged you by your scores?** SO, WHAT IS A SCHOOL FOR? IF SCHOOL MAKES YOU SCARED OF FAILING, WHEN FAILING IS A TRULY WAY TO GROW AND LEARN.

It's okay to say that “I AM NOT OKAY” **“Hindi ako okay” mga salitang mahirap bigkasin.** **Bakit nga ba ito ay tila mahirap bigkasin? Bakit sa tuwing tinatanong tayo, patuloy na nabibigkas ng ating mga bibig ang sagot na “okay lang ako”?** **Okay ka pa rin, kahit pagod at sugatan galing sa mundong nakaka-pagod?** Yesterday, i went to the house of one of my friend. She messaged me that she's not yet enrolled, even though the face-to-face classes will start in this month. So, i replied to her messages and i didn't ask her why does it happen, i know that she's facing family and financial issues. Even before and until now. I accompanied her to enroll and get her card as well. Now, she's already enrolled, and we just need to wait for the releases of sections. After we go to school, we went to their second house which is our tambayan, and we decided to sit for an hour. Their second house is just a little place, and i called it as kubol because it's look like kubo. It's hard to explain you know but, that's kubo is simply a little space where you can find your peace of mind and comfort because the atmosphere is surrounded by trees and sea. If i lived to that place, i can be happy alone as hell, IMAO. So, when we tambay to that kubo, we just sat and listening to music. I'm just staring to the sea, while my friend is leaning to the wall and staring to the sea as well. Seems like we're having a heavy problem that time, BWHAHAHAHA. Minutes passed, i break the silence and i asked her why she's quiet, and then she said It's nothing. So, i'm anxious because i'm not kind of friend who is a easy to believe when you said that you're okay. I always observe my surroundings. I asked her straight to the point if she's okay, even i hesitate at first. I don't know why i felt hesitation to ask that time, i'm always asking my friends and family if they're okay mentally, tho. Then, she just nodded to me and i asked her again if it's true. “Para kang tanga! Oo nga sabi!” she answered. The silence begins again. **“Okay lang sabihin na hindi ka okay” (It's okay to say that you're not okay),** i suddenly said while i turning my face to look at her. She just laughed at the middle of awkwardness. So, i'm also laugh because of her response to my serious face. Minsan lang maging seryoso, tinawanan pa. She just says cursed words towards me and my laugh turn into loudly. And then, eventually, my mouth immediately said, **“malay ko ba kasi, baka mamaya tawa ka lang nang tawa pero hindi ka na pala okay.”** She was too stunned to speak. “Sabi na, eh.” I added. I asked her what she's going through right now and still, family problem. She rants to me her resentment to her family and i just listened. To be honest, i don't know how to comfort but i know how to listen, and i always doing it every time there's someone who venting their feelings and issues. I believe that only **'listen'** can be a big help for those people that unstable mentally. So, after she rants to me, the only thing that i advise to her is **“kung hindi sila proud sa'yo, nandito ako.”** “Tapos katabi naman kita” i added hastily to make her happy even it's corny. mais ko talaga. And then, after the drama i just encourage her to eat and then, i told her my chika. Chika session has happened during eating BWAHAAHHAHAHHA. Before 4 pm, i decided to come back home because my mom would be armalite again. Fast-forward. It happened yesterday. And then earlier, when i woke up, i brush my teeth and eat the breakfast. After i did these, i decided to use my phone to ask my friend if she's already okay, i open my account and i see this lsm for me. **I don't know what would i feel. But the certain thing, her message made my day. She's grateful to me without thinking, i should be grateful to her because she shared her problem without thinking i can be traitor to her. People can be deceiving, so it's an honor to me that there's a person trusting my sincerity.** **Some of us always use the words “i'm okay”, to not receive any judgements, to look strong or to not be as the ADDITION in the concerns of others. It's certainly that everyone has a problem, and it depends on you if you will keep it to yourself or just share it to anyone. But, always remember that it's okay to say that you're not okay. It's okay to be true to yourself. It's okay to look that you're not okay in the eyes of others, it's okay to admit that you're tired in everything. Because at the end of the day, everyone could be 'not okay'. Everyone could feel tired, pain, and frustration. Who's the person that always okay?? No one. But there are people who always look okay and happy bcs of simply pretending.** **It's not a law that you shall follow all the times. Saying you're not okay will never mean that you're a weak person, sapagkat darating ang panahon na sobra tayong madudurog. At kapag dumating 'yon, kailangan nating ipaalam sa iba na hindi tayo okay. Hindi natin kakayanin na nakanatiling nakangiti sa kabila ng durog na durog na puso.** **Admitting that you're not okay won't less you as a human. So again, it's okay to not be okay.**

You're somebody's reason to smile Greetings, my homies! How was your day? Is everything fine and working well? Are u okay? **I don't know how i'll gonna start, but you are always doing an excellent job!** **I know that we're not close, we've never met, and i don't know what's your name. But as long as i'm here, you'll always have someone who's proud of you in everything.** It's already 7:00 pm, and i'm just at the point of boredom. So, i decided to make an article where you can learn a lesson from me. BWHAHAHAHAHHA natatawa ako, what a shit. Okay. I know you have already read the words above, and did you know that those words has a profound meaning? Actually, i'm just wondering earlier why we can't post on this platform? Why is there no heart or care button in comment section? Hell, i just wanted to react a heart and care to all comments out there. But then, i realized that this platform ain't social media that we can react a heart, care, sad, or angry button. Literally, i'm just bored. One more thing, why we, some Filipinos are always saying “brown out” instead of black out? Drinking coffee in the middle of sunny season? Kinda weird. My people are so baliw. So, let's back. Did you know that you're somebody's reason to smile? Don't get me wrong, ha. I just wanted to say that don't and never feel bad. So, if you ever feel bad, just always remember that you're somebody's reason to smile because YOU **ARE A JOKE.** ***BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA I'M JUST BORED. But to be real, i just wanted to say that no matter how hard you're going through, don't forget to smile and do what will make you happy. Just keep moving forward, and you'll be there. Impossible can be possible if negative people are invisible, you should always remember this. I hope that a person who's reading this, and who's read this, has a curve on their lips. I hope that somehow, there's a bit of smile despite in everything you've been going through.***

You can enlighten me if you want, i just wanted to ensure that i'm doing and following the obligation of Filipino Citizen.* On the post, you will see that it specifically all about **'money'**. The content creator or vlogger named salarzon is expressing his opinion to his vlog. **“You know, if i were rich right now, when i'm sad then i would drive my car, go to the beach or i've been shopping. But when you're poor, you can't do anything. You will just choose your hunger into sleep, just put your sadness into sleep because you can't do anything.”** He said. I've been there, and i'm still there. I felt what he felt. I can say that he's one of my people. And if you're one of my people, then i know you will definitely felt what he feels. *****Poverty is literally sucks.***** ***We are unstable financially. And right now, it's depressing to think how our family could survive the entire day of tomorrow. On the next day, on the weekend, on the next month.*** Year 2014, my dad diagnosed at stroke. So, my mom is the only one that expected to earn money and give the essential needs of the family. She's the only one who supports the financial needs of her four children. And it happened until now, almost 8 years has passed. I remember the year of 2014 'til 2017, the only work of my mom is to lako or sell donuts that she was getting from her friend. I mean, a commission. She was selling in our street, from 1 to 6 pm and her always income is just around of 50-100 pesos. Sometimes, she has no income after of all perseverance to earn. Sucks, what a shit. I wanna cry. Before, our life is uncertain. I would go to school without baon or allowance. The most sucks was, i'm at school without allowance and my stomach has empty. After class then i'm going home, i'll see my sister, and she would have to say “walang bigas.” and then she will always add “Itulog mo nalang 'yan.” But, that's not the worst experience that i have had. I will never forget, every time our stomach has empty, or we don't have anything food in our dining table. We need to wait until 1 pm. Since my mom is selling donuts, and she was commissioner by her friend, then the time that she must get the supplies of donuts is around 1 pm. So, we were just waiting in our mom until it came back home with donuts. Then, when she came back, she will give 5 donuts to each of her child and she will not eat. She'll just leave and start to sell without eating, and my mom always answered the word “sayang” every time we always say to her that she must eat. Sayang because she can sell those donuts that she'll eat, so lucky to have her. Just like what i've said, it happened 5 years ago. Now, my mom is currently working at the company. But still, we weren't yet financially stable, although she's not the only one that working to supports our daily needs. My ate and diko is working too, but working student. Incoming 1st year college (ate) and grade 10 student (diko/kuya) because my kuya went back to studying after of all of a sudden realizations that he had. While the next to my ate, or the third child is senior high school and i'm incoming fourth year highschool, same as the grade of my kuya. Nakakatulong na rin ako kahit papaano. I'm doing commissions before when there's still classes. But now, i stopped due to vacation. And it's the only opportunity that i have. If i could have an opportunity to make our financial status stable, then my first agenda is **“hindi ko na hahayaan pang magutom ang pamilyang ito.”** No one deserve to experience the poverty, to starve and to deal with hardships of life at the young age. It's indeed that, **mahirap maging mahirap.** When you're poor, you can't do anything. Why? Simply because, not everyone has opportunity to be rich or to earned dollars of money. Gaano man kagusto mong kumita ng pera, if you not had an opportunity to earn, then you can't do anything. If you don't have a degree, then you can't have a professional job. If you don't know how to read or write, then suffer from poverty. And if you don't have any money or enough money to invest, then you will die as poor. **There are some things in this world that money can't buy and it's not happiness, because perseverance will never be enough to be rich and fulfil what we wanted to achieve.** ***Life is simpler when you have money, and that is reality. Let's be real, poverty is the most hindrance why life is unfair. And if you'd say to me that poverty is not a hindrance to achieve our dreams, then give a reasonable reason why most of the low class people didn't achieve they dreams? Indolent?? Hell no. We exist because of money, everybody knows that. It's a fact, and if a person who always used the “money can't buy happiness” card, then it came into privileged life. That is toxic positivity, we always make the “money can't buy happiness” card as barrier to look at the whole picture of this world.*** **I'd rather to lived unhappy with money, then to happy without money. If i am unhappy with money, then i would give and share it to others to brings happiness that could ever be.** ; Whoever thinks that money can't buy happiness, then give it to me and at least you made me happy BWAAAHAHAHAHA. Love is just a word, until somebody comes along and gives it meaning - When i was in elementary, i'm always wondering why we always include the word **'love'** every time there's someone that asking about parents/ family, friends or loved one. I mean, just like what happened when i was in 6th grade. My teacher asked me what are my dreams that i wanted to fulfill someday, then i answered my goals. And then, she added the question “who are your inspiration?”. I answered, “myself and my family.” There's no second that wasted. She asked again the word why, and i was speechless. I don't know what should be the answer, **“i love them”** or **“because they are my family.”** If i answered that i love them, how does it come? How could i say that i love them? How could i say that they would love me forever? And if because they are my family, so i'm just obliged to make them as my inspiration? Technically, if we would use to say that words as reason, then it means **WE SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE.** Seems like, because of blood relation, we're immediately responsible to make them as part of our life, to conclude them as part of our dreams once we succeed. A mess. How could someone say the word LOVE? How does the love work? What is it feeling? Does it truly exist? **“Blood relation has more sense than love.”** I whispered. 5 years has passed, this is the last year of my Junior High School days. Now, i technically understand what is love. It's a feeling that eventually evolved into a choice. I understand what is it when my mom cried because of my older brother. My older brother is become loser way back 2016 'til 2020. He's always hang out with losers, drunk and drunk and drunk. He's dropped out from school and gave up everything he dreamt about as a little. Not only that, but he's getting worst and worst. He joined in multiple gangs, basag ulo doon at diyan. Multiple times that his friends left him behind every time they are in trouble, but he's always survived. He was still joining and hanging out with his friends even though those are traitors to him. Until, he came to the point that one night, they are just five walking on the street and there are three men who came to them just to hit and revenge. They thought that it's only 3 men, but eventually, troupes of men came. So, his 4 friends ran, and they left him alone. My brother thought it would be his last day on earth, but he was survived. Cardo dalisay ang peg, chariz. After that incident, my mother cried on my older brother and begging to get away from his traitors friends. I was in pity on her. **My mom always scolding my brother in a way that she would look as a strong woman. My mom is my dad at the same time. So, when you look at her, you will always say that she's a strong and brave enough.** But when the time that she was cried and begging to my older brother, i said to myself that “*****no matter what you would do, be a strong man ain't enough.”***** **Now, I understand how does love works. How it exists in our life and what it's meaning. My family came into my life and gave everything the love that i deserved to be. How would i repay them?** By saying that i love them because they are my family? No, i won't say that words. ***I LOVE THEM BECAUSE THEY CAME INTO MY LIFE AND GIVES THE MEANING OF LOVE.*** ***It's just a word, but love has profound meaning that you will never found and understand until there's someone that will come and gives the meaning of itself. Love could be at its lowest, coldest and dimmest point ; To choose — To decide.*** ***It's all that, love could ever be.***
Tahanang Iniiyakan ***Greetings, to all homies! Oh, TAHANAN? Are you wondering why i used the word 'tahanan' as my surname instead of my name? Well, what is it, just a minute.*** ***Tahanan is a Filipino word that means in English is home or shelter. I used it, simply because i wanna make this fantastic platform as my home. Home as well of y'all. Our home is the only safe place that we could find our peace of mind, freedom, and more. It's the place that we could vent our feelings, either resentment or positive feelings. When you're in pain, tired in everything, you will always go back to your home. Back in our home because of feeling tired from the world that frustrating.*** ***And now i understand why in Filipino language is called it as tahanan because it begins to the word TAHAN which means is 'STOP CRYING'. I remember my mom telling that word every time i cried because of toys, food and more. Her mouth always say that word to comfort me while i was hugging her body. Hell no! i just suddenly misses those days because right now, i am the only one telling that word to myself. Kinda relate?*** ***Home is not just gives shelter, safety and comfortable bed because it also gives comfort to everyone in every time we need a rest for a while. But why sometimes we couldn't vent in our home? We couldn't cry to let it all out inside our safety place? Why some of us are thinking that the most dangerous place is our home?*** ***Does our home is still the TAHANANG INUUWIAN KAPAG PAGOD AT SUGATAN?*** ***Yes? Maybe? Probably?*** ***Well, the certain thing that i know is, this world would be my tahanan. And i guess, our second home to vent, shares and more. My home is not totally safe anymore, and i used this word to be my name because i wanted to find a new home. A new home that will give freedom to wall.*** ***So, hi!***
