Chocolate Chips Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup Dark Chocolate

1 cup Condensed milk

2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder

2 cups Heavy or Whipping Cream

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Step 1.

Sa isang kaserola na may kumukulong tubig, ilagay ang dark chocolate na nakalagay sa isang bowl. Tunawin.

Step 2.

Ilagay ang condensed milk, cocoa powder at melted chocolate at haluin ng mabuti.

Step 3.

Sa isang bowl, ilagay ang heavy whipping cream at haluin ng mabuti gamit ang hand mixer o stand mixer hanggang 15 minutes.

Step 4.

Tapos ilagay ang chocolate mixture sa whipped cream at halunin mabuti gamit ang hand mixer.

Step 5.

Ilagay ang chocolate chips sa ice cream mixture at haluin gamit ang isang spatula. Palamigin ng 6-7 hours.
