So easy to make once you’ve got a fresh catch or tuna on your table. Before, I was living for so many years in Palawan, where plenty of seafoods were easier to come by. So ceviche was present all the time whenever I wanted to make one. Perfect for pulutan of course and if you are not feeling peachy, ulam could be as well. ❤️
