They say native chicken is the best chicken suited for tinola and I couldn’t agree more. But since I no longer live in Palawan, I had no choice but to buy in supermarkets. Tinolang Manok is one of my favourite dish to make. Sayote if there’s no papaya but I definitely won’t make it without the dahon ng sili. 😅❤️
