I super love this dish, pasyak in coconut milk with lots of chili. In our province, we don’t have this in our market. We only have it’s smaller version called sikad-sikad. It was kinda hard to eat it because you have to use a needle or a fork for it’s content to come out. Unlike pasyak, you only have to pull it off to come out. Some just sautee it with ginger, but I highly recommend for you guys to use coconut milk instead.
