Today is sunday (18 October 2020),the 56th birthday of Sheikh Russell.The youngest son of the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.One this day in 1974,Shiekh Russell was born in 'Bangabandhu Babhan'on the historic no.32 of 'Dhanmondi'which is associated 'Bangbandhus'memory.
Sheikh Russell is the youngest son of 'Bangabandhu'could not escape from the ruthless bullets of the vicious enemy-murderer-killer clique of humanity on the 15 August 1775.Along with his father Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman aand others members of his family,he was also brutally killed by vampires.At the time of this death,he was a fourth-grader at the University Laboratory School.

On the occasion of Shaheed Sheikh Russell birthday,the ruling Party Awami League has organised a wreath laying, fateha recitation,milad amd prayer mahfil at Banani cemetery on toda, October 18 at 9 a.m.Along with the Awami League,the Dhaka Metropolitan North South Awami League, allied organzsation and various social and cultural organizations have undertaken extensive Programs.
On the occasion of the day,Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will unveil a mural of Sheikh Russell through a video conference at the Ulab School and College promises of Dhaka University at 9 a.m. on today.
