Materials:

•potatoes-1 kg

•Salt to taste

•Red Chilli powder-1 teaspoon

•Like the amount of the oil

Method:

- First boil the potatoes in a large pot.Boil the potatoes well.So that the potatoes become absolutely soft. Then take the potatoe peel and let it cool.

-Then grate the potatoes. If you want can break it by hand.However it is better to grate in a grater because potatoes have to be crushed very well.

- Then take tha moth well with the salt and chilli powder in the mashed potato just like a you have moth the flour to make bread.Be careful not to be too hard and not too soft.

-Then apply oil by the hand and divided the moth Potato mixture into small pieces and make it like a ball.Remember oil is much more important.Because if the oil is low,the potato mixture can stick to the hands.

-Then take 2 large clean polythene.Grease the polythene well.Spread a polythene loaf on a baking sheet and place an oiled potato ball in the middle.Then spread anther polythene on it.

-Now level the ball by pressing it with your hand.Then roll the bread with a rolling pin.Take the sand carefully and in a way that make it as thin as possible.In this way, shape all ball into sand bread.

-Then spread these loaves on the roof of the house or in the house after a good sunshine,spread a rug or polythene on it and let the loaves dry in the sunlight.

-Once spread,after 3/4 hours,turn over and let the other back dry.When you see that the wetness of the petals is completely gone and both sides are dry,remove the petals.You can store this petals at the home for about six months.

Rules for frying leaves:

-Heat the oil in a pan.Keep the amount of oil low.Otherwise the petals will be quietly fried in oil.

-Fry one by one in hot oil till the petals become slightly reddish.Do not fry too much.Because if you fry it too much,it may look bitter.

-Removed excess oil with a kitchen tissue.

-If you want to fry without oil,you can fry on the other side if the gas stove.

-Keep the gas stove in a low flame and bake the pan with a tong on the fry in all directions.In this way,you can easily eat fry panpars without oil.
