Like everyday, I'm @Susmita come here again to share with you guys about something new.

Yes,today i want to share with you guys about 'The Benefits Of the Tea'.

Let's start,

Tea is a popular drinks all over the world.Tea likes all most of the people.There are have some people whos are don’t likes tea.But the number is so poor.

Tea means one cup of love.And a cup of tea means a sip.And for many,a cup of peace.It feels very good to have hot tea in the morning.Those who eat tea,may enjoy this pleasure.

Tea is noy only gives peace to our but also has many benefits.Which is really effective for our body.

Let's take a look at some of the benefits of the tea.

1.Basil Tea:

-Basil tea is very benefical herbal plant.Tulsi tea is useful in controlling anxiety,stress,diabetes and asthma.Besides,tulsi tea is also incomparable in controlling cold-cough,fever,headache,heart diseases, insomnia,stomach upset etc.

2.Ginger Tea:

-We all have more or less an idea about the properties of ginger tea.Ginger tea contains anti-inflammatory antioxidants which are highly effective in preventing disease like (inflammation,nausea,ulcer,indiagestion,constipation etc.
