Hope you are well.I'm also well.
Today ami Sharing with you guys,a uncommon recipe,throught you all hears this recipe name.Which is about 'monakkas'
Monacca is a very yummy dish.It is mostly seen in the 'Boishakhi Mela' and various rural fairs.Monakkas are also often brought from peddlers on the side of the road.but they are not healty.So you can make this dish,at home.
Now,Let's see how can you make this dish.
Materials:
•power milk-2 tablespoon
•Flour- 1 cup
•butter-1 tablespoon.
•Honey-1.5 tablespoon.
•Cardamom power-1 pinch.
•Soubean oil-2 tablespoon.
•Sugar-2 tablespoon.
•Black cumin-1 teaspoon.
•liquid milk-quantitve.
•Salt-to tase.
Method:
-Mix flour,butter,oil,powder milk,black cumin,sugar,honey,cardamom powder and salt in a large bowl.Make yeast by mixing well adequate amount of milk.Don’t be too soft.Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
-Then apply a little more yeast.The goal is to make a do.Make sand with medium thin bread.Now cut it into long lengths anh then square a shaped monakkas.
-Now sprinkle a little flour in a try and pick up the monakkas.Monacos,however,will not stick to one another.
-Heat the oil in a pan.Fry the monakkas in a deep oil untill golden.Can't inflate too much.When it is fried,tale it down amd let it cool down.
