Materials:
For Sweets-
•Milk powder-1 cup.
•Semolina-2 tablespoon(soak in hot water for a few minutes).
•Flour- 1 teaspoon.
•Egg-1
•Flower cream milk as needed.
•A pinch of bakinh powder.
•A pinch of cardamom powder
•Rose water:1 tablespoon.
For Sira-
•Water-2 cup.
•suger-2 cup.
Method:
1.Firste you have to add a little bit suger in the water.
2. Mix all thw ingredieng together ether and mkae a little a sticky dough.
3.Do to should be covered in the frige for 20 minutes.
4. Make a very small ball for the dough with hot oil,because durinh frying the balls are doubled in size.It is better to apply ghee/oil on the hands.
5.Do not fry to much together.Fry with a little ball according to the size if the pan.Fry in the medium ache for 10 to 20 minutes.
6.When it is fried,immediately remove it from the and give it to the veins.In this way,the rest should be fried.
7. After soaking the syrup it shoulde be turned upside down from time to time so that the syrup penetrate well in to the sweet.
8.Sprinkle rose water pesto powder on top and serve.
