Chicken is very interesting food.There are probably few People, whos don't like Chicken.And those people's are like chicken,they also liked the all recipes of the chicken.So,I want to share with you guy's a chickens recipe with you guys.It's name 'Chicken Finger.

Now,let's see,how to make it?

Materials:

•Chicken-200 gm,without bones.

•Garlic paste-1 teaspoon.

•Ginger paste-1 teaspoon.

•Salt-to taste.

•Black pepper powder-1 teaspoon.

•Lemon juice-1 teaspoon.

•Liquid milk-half cup

•Eggs white part-3 tablespoon.

•To make a mixture coating

•Flour-half cup.

•Cornflower-1 teaspoon.

•Breafcrumbs as needed.

•Oil for frying.

Method:

-First the chicken meat shoulde be cut as long and thin as a finger.It Then not be too narrow or too long.It should be cut evenly.Then smear the pieces of meat with ginger powder,garlic powder,salt,liquid milk,black pepper,lemon juice,egg white amd keep in it normal fridge for at least 1 hour.

-Now mix the flour,coneflower and breadcrumbs well together amd make a dry mixture without water.Take the meat out of the fridge for an half hour before frying in oil.Now heat enough oil to deep fry the meats in a pan.The heat of the stove will be medium while heating the oil.If you heat more ache,if you add oil to the to the meat,it will burn and turn back when the oil is hot,reduce the heat of the stove a little.The pieces of meat not be as it is thin and will be boiled slowly.

-now take the pieces if milk one by one,roll them in a mixture of flour and bread crumbs,spread them oi and leaves them in well.If you put a long together,it will not burn.Once it is brow,fir 4-5 minute,remove it from the oil with the helps of sieve and leave it on the kitchen tissue to drain the excess oil.Yes,cripy chickens finger with fun flavour were made.....
