Materials:
•1/2 cup of Chicken meat
•Taste salt- 1.5 teaspoon
•Beat eggs -2
•Suger-1.5 teaspoon
•Cornflower-2 tablespoon
•Salt-1.5 teaspoon
•Arrowroot- 2 tablespoon
•Sweetening-1.5 teaspoon.
Method:
-Removes the meat from the chicken or and boil the bones in 2 liters of water for 2 hours.Measure 1 liter stock.Chicken cubes can be use without making stock.
-Cut the meat into the small pieces or grind in a machine.
-Mix together the meat,salt,seasoning,suger and sweeteners.
-Add arrowroot and cornflower stock.Mix with meat.Stir in the oven.After 2-3 minutes of boiling,the suop thickens and the beaten eggs are gently stirred lightly.When the eggs are finished,remove from the oven..Then it ready for eat.
