Materials:
•Carrot-2 medium sized (grated).
•Almonds-8-10.
•Raisins-8-10.
•Ghee-3 tablespoon.
•Sugar-1/4 cup.
•Milk-3 cups.
•Cardamom Powder-1/2 cup (optional).
Method:
-Fry almonds and raisins in a pan with 1 tablespoon ghee.
-Now add the remaining ghee in a pressure cooker and fry the carrots on the low heat for a few minutes till the raw smell goes away.
-add about half of the milk and shake it a little to turn of the pressure cooker (only 1 flute or carrot untill soft).Then remove the lid and stir on low heat.
-Sugar and remaining milk should be added and strried untill the sugar is mixed and the milk of desired and density.
-Add cashews,raisins and cardamom and remove from the oven.
Note:
-Serve hot or cold.
-If you don't like grated carrots whole eating make a smooth paste by collong affer applying pressure.Then you add thia smooth paste to the rest of the milk and follow the rest of the recipe
