Materials:

•4 and a half cup of flour

•4 teaspoon dried yeast (or 26 gm packe).

•1 cup milk.

•3/4 cup water.

•1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 butter or 1/4 cup oil.

•1/3-2/2 cup white suger.

•1/2 teaspoon salt.

•2 egg yolk(should be beaten with a little oil and water).

Method:

-First soak the yeast in lukewarm water.Then you have to apply it all together except oil.

-When the yeast is ready,cover the moth once more with butter or oil for 4/6 hours.In a light warm place.

- Then when the yeast swells,apply it once more.

-Make a long butter bon-shaped breadand spread it on a baking tray with light oil.Lightly scrap with a blead for the grooved degisn on the top.Leave it in a warm place for another 30 minute.

-Whennthe breaed is swolle, bake it( for 30 minute in the preheat oven at 180° celcius with egg cathing on top.When done it should be taken down and cooled.

(Temperature often fluctuate in many ovens.in that case,the baking time maybe 3 tp 4 minute earlier or later).

Making cream:

•200 gm of butter.

•4 teblepoon of iceing sugar

•4 tablespoon of liguid milk.

-Disab shuold be beaten together in a good way.Then cute alone the middle of the bread and a give cream.a fun butter bon was created.
