3.It is very important to drink a certain amount of water or fruit juice usually after donating blood,the donor often feels weak and faded.This is because a certain amount of blood leaks out of the body,which often lowers blood pressure and blood suger levels.This types of risk can only be avoided if the donor is well hydrate before donating blood.The body needs to be kept hydrate 24 hours before donating blood,espeically in summer.
4.It is important to sleep properly the night before donating blood.
5. Blood should be not given on an empty stomach.Again it is not right to come to give blood even in a full stomach.Blood donors should not eaten fatty food 24 hours before donating blood.Eating the right amount of food will also helps keep the donos blood suger levels right.
6.Smoking should olnot be done one hour before donating blood.It is not right to drink to alcohol in 24 hours.At the smae time you should not eat like chewing gum,candy or mint before giving blood.Becuse they increase the temperature of the body.
