Watching An Interrogation: Mental Health

Watching an interrogation is like seeing a live tv program where you as an audience is having mix emotions toward the person and the cases.

The pain, the anger, the passion, the feelings of empathy, with fairness or justice, with mercy and other substantial emotions for the victims and the other side.

Mental health is an important aspect of our lives and many groups can now be consulted if someone is depress, feeling alone or helpless.

It is healthy to be surrounded of good people, good thinkers and those who have genuine concern for you. We can feel that vibes from others even those that we don't fully know are God-sent to us.

Even here in our platforms, I've seen or read different stories of mental conditions where for me is a good channel or outlet so our members can express their hidden emotions, especially the introverts and those things that can't say it out loud.

The community here already understand that everyday we experience varities of personal, family, business or job issues and as long as we know the limitation of sharing our information, we can rant, we can "shout virtually"in a gentle way, we can be who we are without bias jugdement (mostly), cause we are open-minded.

Psychologists or psychiatrists have many terms for mental "opportunities" and cure for it.

Seeing the interrogations, the way the investigators handle the situations in a calm, excellent manner and the accuse, it's order and chaos at the same time.

The accuse usually engages because the team can handle it in constructive way and without them knowing that the investigators already found the answers they were looking for in that interrogation.

There was an instance where I've watched a woman who was involved in addictive chemicals.

She was pointing her boyfriend for the missing and later found dead baby of her.

She was a good story-teller, crying, agreeing with the team handling her case. Unknown to her, the words and datas that they were telling was for what she has done as the mother of that child and not to her boyfriend.

If I'm a normal person, seeing her "victimize of the situation", feeling helpless toward the incident, I will believe her "acting", but there was something wrong.

Some of the words the investigators were saying which she thought was for her man was describing her and her crime already (she still say yes yes that's him). Even with many "useless answers" from her and turn around, zigzag statements, they already have many clues and the puzzles are done.

We in our hidden, darkened hearts can fabricate stories and with more & another lies can turn our guilt to deny the many facet of our unfavorable actions, but we must remember that we have to surrender it to the Lord of light because there is nothing that we can't hide from Him.

Our conscience cannot be clean by the blood of animals but of Christ, this is the best solution on cleaning our mind and heart so we don't reflect of what's not us anymore and have a radical change of heart.

I'm still watching many of those interrogations and it is timely (youtube recommended it!) since the lockdown still have some effects in our mentality.

Now our beloved country has the first case of monkeypox. No more lockdown but the fear mental prison if not handled properly can make us depress. Better to follow the health protocols, be clean, abstain from sexual lust, be alert when animals have symptoms.

Find fair and good solutions, stop overthinking that sometimes lead us to hateful acts such as of judging others or doing illicit jobs that even the babies in the house suffer as casualties.

The mind of Christ resolves thing, it doesn't give up in life but build more of it. The mind of Christ think like God, think bigger things and cast away that which is less effective, efficient and useless. He was able to think of walking in the water! How did He do that, I don't know but it shows the possibility of what we sometimes think can't happen and impossible.

This mind He gave us- that which can discern the Lord's good, pleasing and perfect will. To know what to do or not.

Be well, invest in your mental health, have time to speak with good thinkers, friends and advisors, they have that body field that can heal and help us too.

Having these people beside you which have common things and that show the fruits of the Spirit in them- the combination of peace, humility, joy and more can boost our feelings and reduce depression when we are low.

Fight the good fight of faith and have a victorious mental health in Christ.
