PURPLE SWEET POTATO 💜 The color is just quiet good and beautiful. The texture inside is also so fine, some is yellowish and some is white as snow. Try to eat with purple sweet potato one time.

I have never seen one like this. I am not a huge fan of regular sweet potato, so I am not sure this one would be my fancy either. We do have red potatoes here, but they taste like a regular potato but just a bit waxier. I do like those. But they are not at all sweet.
