Meet Tagalog: The Philippines Main Language
September 3, 2022
Aside from Tagalog we call our main language as "Pilipino, Filipino" which is also the citizens name here. Don't worry, I will translate this into english in the ending part of this blog so you can jump in there. Approximately we have 200+ local languages here subdivided in 7107 islands (I don't know how they have counted it).
Maganda at pinagpalang araw world!

Beautiful and blessed day world!
1 Corinthian 13: 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. Source
There are many beautiful places here in the Philippines and it will not be left behind in global sights because some of the locations here have been included in the 7 Wonders of the World.
Some of the Philippine Islands are still wild or virgin, sparsely populated and some are still underdeveloped in technology. In my opinion, it won't be long and the tribes or remote areas will be rich not only in natural resources but also in modern ways, like those in the city.
I am proficient in Tagalog or Filipino and I only understand some of our local dialects such as Ilonggo, Bisaya and others. Just like you, there are also different pronunciations or accents that you will notice in Filipino languages.
Filipinos are known to be short or fairly tall, we have a brunette color (it's between dark and white). Because of the intermingling of race, color, culture and belief, many things have changed and like you, there has been "evolution" in many aspects.
Wherever you go, with your first words, I know you will take that language you started with even if you learn something new in other places.
Tagalog was the first language I learned, when I was still a child we were taught of different words by a club or an organization so I learned a little about Spanish, Arabic and many others. I remember the different books and tapes we had as students & members of the Club. We self-learnt at home, when the radio tapes were still in demand.
However, it is also forgotten if not always being used.
Now, the language I've learnt from above is a mix & spiritually deep & Tagalog is one of it.
Here's cheering on your languages, drop yours in the comment box too,
