Listen To Yourself Too: Heavenly Likeness

When we always mind what others tell and think of us, we can put lots of mask, we might lost our selves or identity and be confuse about who we are and not living the fuller life our Creator calls us to be and do.

Identity crisis is so real that not being able to fully express how we are made, or how the Lord wants to use us to animate His image and likeness from the unseen into the seen is like wearing small shoes with our bigger feet. Although they have functions and benefits to us, it doesn't really fit and we are looking for what's wrong, what should we have done, we're looking for the authenticity of the size & what shall we wear or is that what we really want to bear?

Always minding what others will think of you keep us stuck in projected life that's really not what we love, or just the mass projection of their own thoughts about us, let's admit it, sometimes we do that to others too, opinionated aren't we?

We have tongues and mouth to speak, good Lord, He created our mind to think thousand of thoughts everyday, who could control it healthily? The one who have mastered self.

One thing that we always forgot as well is that it's not only them whom the Maker gave mouth and mind, you, yourself and you have it as well, so why don't listen to you too? Why be so one-sided that in order to bring happiness to others that sometimes are already toxic or detrimental to you, you continue listening to what they say?

Learn, let's learn to be in control on what we feed our minds and hearts too. Not all the time that others have good thing to say and it's healthy to hear, sometimes it's out of their uncontrolled temper and body system, there's imbalance in them. Here we can apply the happy long-suffering approach that we can eat from the fruit of the Holy Spirit 🥴, oh I love that fruit and it's not rotten, instead it's life-giving.

Don't you think I can think on my own and that God has good words for me too?

I can access to my heavenly image and likeness in me that no earthly creature could take away, up to you to plant yours.
