Your healthy mental state indeed should be primary to everyone. I see no reason why you should prioritize something else over this. The brain does a lot of work in the human system, I think I t somehow connects to the mind because if the brain is restless, the mind can't rest as well. 




If you have a lot of worrying stuffs going on in you head, you can't have peace of mind. Protect your mental state from all forms of emotional and psychological breakdown. Free up that head of yours and take a brain escape from all the problems of life. 




A friend once told me "problem no dey finish for this life" (there's no end to life problems) so worry less and try to avoid overthinking which wears the brain down and reduces its activities. You become sort of dormant and totally out of control of your own self. Life will surely show itself, no one can control that, but you can control how it affects you. 




You can just drop everything right now and treat yourself to the right spot, just forget life for a while, forget those things that can wear you down, go on a vacation to free yourself of all worries. You can decide to lock yourself indoor and use a sleeping pill sand sleep all day. Go out, chill and recharge your brain of yours. 




If you've seen someone suffering from mental breakdown, you'll never wish for that. It's a dangerous moment/situation in one's life and only few people come out of it alive. 




Take care of yourself.. Your mental state should be paramount to you!.
