What's a balanced diet?

A balanced diet is that which comprises of all the food classes in appropriate proportion.

What's malnutrition?

Malnutrition can be said to be a state of lacking vital nutrients in one's diet

But do you know that once you don't give your body the right proportion of what it needs or excess it results in malnutrition. For instance now, anytime I want to eat rice,I love eating it with ripe plantain,meat,egg and a chilled drink to top it up then after few minutes get fruits to eat as well.

Seriously,I can say you've really had an healthy diet but darling the moment you make it your choice every now and then,then it becomes something else.

Ask me why???

That's merely because the more you keep satisfying your thirst of those things probably because it's your best food then it becomes malnutrition because it's the same nutrients that will be supplied to the body. That's why there has to be a change in your choice of what to eat everyday and to make it simpler that's why it's mostly advised to have a menu.

So, I hope we'll be able to decide on giving ourselves to healthy diet for those of us that are yet too.
