Materials:
- 6-8 raw mangoes,
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of ghee
-5-6 cardamom powder
- A little green food color,
- 4 tablespoons of raisins.
Method:
First you have to wash the mangoes well and boil them well with the peel on one foot.
Then the peel of these mangoes had to be blended well.
Then put ghee in a pan and add cardamom and raisins. Then fry the mango in it for a while then add sugar in it
Stir well so that the pudding does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Then when this pudding thickens, take it down and serve when it is cold
