Materials:

👉Rajma 100 grams

👉 1 large onion chopped

👉Bay leaves 4-5

👉Adabata 1/2 teaspoon

👉Rusunbata 1/2 teaspoon

👉Kanchalanka is delicious

👉 1 teaspoon of coriander powder

👉1 teaspoon of cumin powder

👉 Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

👉 1/3 teaspoon of chilli powder

👉Sugar and salt to taste

👉 1 tablespoon of gheen coriander leaves.

Method:

First you have to soak the rajmas on one foot for 1 night. Then they should be washed well in the morning and then these rajmas should be boiled with bay leaves and a little turmeric in it.

Then you have to take a pan and put ghee in it, then when this oil is hot, you have to put onion in it and fry the onion till it turns red.

Then shake it well with all the spices in a pan and keep frying well.

Then remove the spices well and pour the boiled rajmas into the pan.

Then you have to add salt and sugar in it and keep meshing with water.

Then when the broth dries and thickens, you have to take it down and spread coriander leaves on it. And can serve hot.
