So friends, Today I came up with a new content. I thought let me share with you some helpful health tips.

So let's get started,

Lemon

These lemons contain vitamin C which enhances the function of the immune cells of the human body.

If any part of our body is cut off, this wound quickly produces collagen cell material that helps us heal our wounds.

Lemons usually contain sufficient amounts of citric acid which helps in preventing gallstones by reducing the excretion of calcium and even removes toxins from the body.

pineapple

Raw pineapple contains a lot of acidity which helps to create mucus in our mouth and throat. Again, eating this fruit can harm our body. When we eat it, sometimes we may feel pain in our stomach.

Moreover, this pineapple is very necessary to dilute our blood. This pineapple is used to make blood thinners.

Again, this fruit provides a barrier to the blood clotting process in the body, but it is also a component of bromelain pineapple, it destroys the protein in our body. Eating this pineapple causes dermatitis and allergies in our body.

This pineapple is very harmful for our teeth.

Those who have problems with cavities and gingivitis in their teeth, if they eat pineapple, then the teeth may be damaged.

However, pineapple helps us to reduce body fat and maintain the elasticity of the stomach.

Carrots

Carrots contain vitamin A which helps our liver to get rid of various toxins from our body.

.Carrots also act as a very good antiseptic. Usually it protects the body from various infections if it is cut or burnt some where there is no risk of infection.Even these carrots come in various benefits to the skin from the outside. You can use this as a facial ingredient. It works well in our heart and various diseases The carotenoids in it are used to treat various diseases of our heart.

These carrots help a lot in removing excess fat from our liver.

This carrot is very beneficial for beautiful and healthy strong teeth, it helps to keep the teeth and mouth clean. The minerals in these carrots help keep our teeth strong.
