Ingredients:
- 250 grams of spaghetti,
-Processed sea scallop 150 g,
-Broccoli 4-6 pieces,
-1 cup of extra virgin olive oil,
-Garlic crush 3-4 cloves,
-Drink the dried chilli seeds and grind them.
-Like the amount of white pepper powder.
-Parsley crumbs 1 tablespoon,
-Salt to taste,
- 2 liters of water
Method:
First you have to take a foot of water and add 3 teaspoons of salt to that water. And it has to explode.
Then when it boils, boil it with spaghetti for 10 minutes. Then put a frying pan in the oven, put olive oil in it, heat it, add scallops and broccoli in it and fry it for 3 minutes.
Then take the garlic powder and fry it lightly for 1/2 minute and add the chilli powder in it and then fry it for another 2 minutes. Then mix it well with pepper powder and pour the spaghetti in it.Then sprinkle salt on it and put it on the stove with full heat for 1 minute.
When the pan is stirred, take it down and sprinkle parsley crumbs in it and you can serve it if you want.
