5. Sugar

After physical exercise, the attraction towards sweet drinks or food may increase. However, it is seen more after inadequate practice. Adequate physical exercise on a regular basis will reduce the attraction to sweet drinks and food. So keep an eye on your sugar attraction.

6. Fatigue all the time

Do you always feel tired while working all day? It is very normal to feel tired after hard work. But if the body gets tired with very little effort or for no reason, it is really a matter of concern. If this is the case then maybe you have a weakness.

7. Heartbeat during rest

When you calm down and rest, your heart rate will decrease, this is normal. But if your heart rate is not 80 to 100 even at rest, then it is abnormal. In this case, if necessary, with the help of a doctor, it is necessary to diagnose the cause and take steps to eliminate it.
