Old age home: where humanity is trampled (part-2)

Dear friends,

Good noon. Have a another good day for all of you. Also for me. Now i am going to share 2nd part about of old age home with a story.

Tell a story in this context.

In a small family, father, mother, little boy and the boy's grandfather. Grandpa is very old. No energy to work, lying in one bed all day. One day the boy's father put the old man on a basket and took him to the forest. After going to the forest, the boy suddenly asked his father, "Dad, where are you taking Grandpa in the basket?" The father replied, "We will leave your grandfather in the forest now."

"Why?", The boy wondered.

“Because your grandfather is old. Can't do any work, we do not need any benefit, just eat and sleep. What is the benefit of keeping him at home? So we are going to leave him in the forest. ” "Oh!", The little boy thought for a moment, then said, "Okay Dad, but we'll have to bring the basket when Grandpa leaves." "Why?" Dad is a little surprised.

"Because, when I grow up, you will grow old, like grandfather you will not be able to do any work.

Just eat and sleep. Then there will be no benefit for me to keep you at home. Just then why spend money to buy a new basket? I will leave you in the forest without this basket. ”

I do not know if there is any change in our perception in this story? Popular musician Kumar Biswajit once lamented on one occasion, "I never thought we would hear about old age home in Bangladesh." But sadly, the word 'old age home' has been heard more and more lately.

Let's focus on another short story.

The old father and his young child were walking in the park one morning. Suddenly seeing a bird, the father asked his child, father, what is that bird? The child said, Tia.

Dad asked again, Dad is that bird? The boy said with some annoyance, I didn't say, it's Tia.

Dad asked again, what is that bird? The child said in a high mood, did not hear it tia?

Dad asked again, Dad, what bird is that? The child did not tell the father the name of the bird this time. Said, what is your problem? Or if you go crazy? I have said one thing so many times, yet you keep asking, what a bird!

The boy sat down on the park bench after arguing with his father for a while. When the father came home, he took a diary and went back to his son and asked him to read the diary. After reading the diary, the boy burst into tears and repeatedly apologized to his father.

Can you guess what was written in the diary? The father wrote this diary when his son was 4 years old. Even then the father came to visit the park with his curious son. The boy saw a pheasant and asked his father 32 times what it was. Dad didn't bother, but answered every time. The father wrote in his diary, "My child saw a bird with me today and wanted to know its name 32 times, and I told him the name of the bird every time, and the piece of my collar was happy every time.

I will end with the last stanza of the song 'Vriddhashram' in a somewhat arrogant writing of Nachiketa which easily shows us the reflection of the next life.

"Khoka is also a boy, it's been two years

He is only twenty-five years old, Thakur raised his face.

I want to live for a hundred years now

Twenty-five years later Khoka will be sixty-nine.

This room of the ashram is small, there is a lot of space

Baby, I'll be with you.

I dream of that day is very different.

Face me, baby and old age home! ”
