Eggplant & flower

Dear all friend,

This time i am going to share photographs of eggplant.

Eggplants are about 40 to 150 cm tall. The leaves are dense and about 10 to 20 cm long and 5 to 10 cm wide. Wild eggplant trees can grow larger. Eggplant flowers are white to pink.

Purple is a popular food especially for Iftar in Bangladesh. Eggplant paste is very popular. It is a very tasty food of rural Bengal.
