"Why so hot?"
"Why is the sky cloudy !?"
"Why is there less salt in the dal ??"
"Why is that with me!"
"Why isn't my life like everyone else's?"
"Why don't I remember anything !?"
--------- If you keep asking these questions all the time or if your friends keep asking you why you have so many complaints, then you are definitely a complaint prone person! Now the question is what did you get in life by complaining so much?
Research shows that persistent complaints affect us mentally, physically and emotionally. The tendency to complain about everything - takes away our vitality, increases the amount of stress and reduces the desire to fulfill life's desires. The study also found that people who are prone to complaints are less likely to see positive aspects of life, which makes them less likely to be happy.
We all have more or less problems in life. As always, there will be more problems in the lives of many than me, just as many will seem to see - "Aha! How happy he is!" But if you search a little, you will see that there are many people around us who are going through a lot more adverse conditions than us. Most of the time we are so busy with ourselves that we don't see anyone else's problems or troubles! Or you could say, we don't have time to look at other people's suffering! But if no one else hears the story of our suffering, we think of him as very cruel, but why should it be our own hardship to treat others with sympathy? This is the back and forth of life, so that the other side always feels beautiful!
You may say, I want to complain less, but I do not know why !? In that case you can follow some strategies-
1. Try never to be judgmental about anything or anyone. There is something in each of our lives that we don't show everyone, or maybe you don't know. So before commenting on someone or having a negative opinion about something, it is important to be fully aware of it.
2. Every event has a positive side. Try to find the positive side behind each incident.
3. When frustrated, always look at those who are in a worse position than you.
4. Think positive events in your life.
5. Be grateful to those who have benefited you, and certainly to the Creator.
6. Help others unselfishly and think of your own good deeds in your spare time.
7. Start with the changes you want to see in society.
8. Make a note of the complaints you have.
9. Accept your responsibilities and try to fulfill them.
10. Learn to accept what is not worth changing.
11. Every time you complain, think about whether it benefits you or anyone else.
12. Take care of yourself.Give yourself time.
But we will never say that you should hide your troubles without telling anyone; Or keep getting yourself in trouble! But when everything you say becomes a complaint, one day people will no longer want to hear you, you will be considered a negative companion to others.
Everyone's life is different, the path is different, so everyone's path is different. There is nothing comparable to anyone else in your life, because you are walking alone in your path!
It doesn't take much to be happy, but it does take a lot to be happy!
