The effect of mobile phones on the body

People are now much more lazy than before. The cause of this laziness - Inactivity. If you do Bengali, it stands - inactivity. I say - inefficiency.

There has been a lot of research on this. A study of how lazy people became in Europe between 2002 and 2017 found that people in Europe were 20 percent more lazy than before.

But why become lazy?

I replied at the beginning - the cause of this laziness - is inactivity.

But for what reason then inactive?

Only one thing in this century has made people so lazy. That is - mobile phone. Mobile phone! Mobile phone!

People now look at the screen of mobile phone more than TV or are much more busy with mobile phone.

One study found that the average person now spends three and a half to four and a half hours a day on a mobile phone.

On an average, a person picks up a mobile phone 58 times a day.

There is no point in trending love! He may even kiss the phone while getting up and sitting down.

One person spends 50 days a year on a mobile phone, even if it is over three hours a day.

As such, he spends about two months of the year looking at his mobile phone. What is left of life. All the strange things of modern man are sapper.

Smartphones have really made people smart! Or people are living more unsmart lives than before.

This inactivity of man while sitting in front of the machine also eats away at the body.

The pain of the body is forgotten because of the joy of the instrument. But the pain that the body starts when it is removed from the machine, it can not cut again.

It has been found that people between the ages of 30 and 45 now spend more time on mobile phones. Adolescents now spend the same amount of time on the phone. But teenagers were supposed to be more reckless and engaged in physical activity.

People now spend an average of three hours on social media.

And this is exactly the reason why it has been seen that before the age of 40, many people are suffering from diabetes and various heart diseases.

One in eleven adults in the world now has diabetes. About 500 million people in the world have diabetes. The number of people is 8 billion, about six billion adults.

There are now 7 million people in Bangladesh with diabetes. Out of 18 crore people, 12 crore are adults. Out of these 12 crore people, about one crore people are suffering from diabetes.

In neighboring India, about 80 million people are now suffering from diabetes.

With the highest number of deaths at a young age, there are now various types of heart problems.

The British have become the most lazy nation in Europe. Studies have shown that - British people spend an average of 3 hours and 15 minutes behind the phone every day. Over 80,000 deaths a year are caused by just sitting idle with the phone. The number of deaths due to such laziness has gone up to millions all over the world.

In the West, governments advise parents not to spend more than an hour and a half on the phone with children and adolescents.

Bangladeshi people spend an average of 4 hours on the phone. Gives time above 5 hours is like 28%. Even above six hours gives time like 12 percent. He again spent one and a half to two hours on social media.

This inactivity on the back of the phone ranges from kidney to depression, from arthritis to digestive problems, from immunity to cardiac problems, to what extent people are being affected, they don't know themselves.

What to do then?

Reduce phone usage.

Activate yourself and keep active.

Increase hard work in daily life.

থাকলে Exercise if there is less opportunity, walk.

• Women in the house do their own work without relying on the work man.

না Read a good book in print format, listen to music, go to nature, garden without spending too much lazy time on the phone.

গল্প Talk in social meetings, not on the phone.

Social media has made people the most antisocial now. The media has made people the most anti-social by using the word social. Get out of the hands of these monsters.

Both Android and Apple now have a system in place in their products. That is - screen time.

It will give you a weekly account of how much time you spend on screen.

I use it myself. I can understand and control how much time I am wasting here.

My screen time is only six and a half to eight hours a week. As such daily I don’t spend more than 50 to 60 minutes on the phone. The auction lasted an average of one hour.

I write on Facebook. I just came here to write my article. It doesn't take long to write short essays orally. I am even writing this article orally while drinking coffee on the phone. Very few people read writing through social media. Bigger than that - keep health and body safe. That is urgent. This is why you say your own words with examples. Stay active. I do the housework with my own hands. I don't drive anywhere except for work or shopping or going for a walk. Instead, I walk. Sometimes I go out for a walk and listen to the audio book. The morning news was heard while saving. I don't watch TV much. While taking a bath, I heard the most joyful song of the day. When it comes to arranging meals in the kitchen, I leave an interesting discussion and listen to the discussion in the podcast. I listen to the lectures of talented people. If you have time, don't listen to any interesting discussion of 20 minutes in TED lecture.

Work during work, work during work, recreation during recreation, sleep during sleep.

Control the time on the phone. Create a circle of your choice through social media. If you find any good writing, read it carefully. Don't waste your eyes and head reading a lot of rubbish and unnecessary writing.

Both body and mind will be fine.

Nothing is one-sided. Another name for balance is life.
