During the British rule, a law was passed in 1891. If the wife is under 12 years of age, the husband cannot have intercourse with her. Because, in many cases, the wife dies as a result of having sex with a girl younger than this. This law is called the Sex of Consent Act or Age of Consent.

The goal of a long bond between men and women is to have children. Marriage may be the reason for the need to raise children. You may notice that many animals do not have a marriage bond, but why do they live together? The children guard each other / collect food and run away. The question remains?

Men and women are trying to save their children. They are spending time and money for their children.

The same must be said of marriage.

If the questioner gives your answer directly, it can be conflicting.

Child marriage is not supported in Islam. Because, in Islam, not only boys get married, but also girls. Marriage cannot take place if the girls do not agree. In Islam, it is believed that girls are eligible for marriage only if they have the ability to choose a husband. However, the Shari'a does not set a minimum age for marriage. In Islam, girls inherit the property of their parents and deceased husbands. It has also been said that girls can earn halal ruzi independently. Husbands cannot interfere in the earning of girls (Qur'an 4:32). But in Islam, girls have been encouraged in the cottage industry. They were not told to travel far abroad in caravans.

I am not an Islamic scholar or writer. I am a Muslim, a follower of the religion, a believer in Islam, my knowledge of Islam, who has limited knowledge of education. Trying to explain

I hope you will forgive and forgive the mistake.

Qur'an:

Pay special attention to orphans until they reach the age of marriage. If you can instill wisdom in them, then you can hand over their wealth to them. ” (Surah An-Nisa 'verse 7)

What do you think?

Until they reach the age of marriage, you can instill intelligence in them. ”This means that there is an age of marriage when they develop intelligence. The word does not apply to minors. Child marriage is explicitly denied in the Qur'an.

Reality:

Those who support child marriage, have they ever looked at the face of that young girl. Twenty, twenty-five-year-old girl has a great youth in her body, and on the other hand, neither the body nor the mind of the child is ready. Have the proponents of child marriage ever wondered if that child has to go through hell every day, what horrible torture is inflicted on his body?

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) married Bibi Ayesha (ra) at the age of six and took her to his house at the age of nine.

(Bukhari 7th volume-74, 5th volume-234, 236)

But after six years of marriage, it is not reliable in his own words:

"Bibi Ayesha (R) says she was seven years old at the time of marriage." (Sahih Muslim 6-3311)

The difference of one year may not seem like much, but it proves that those six years, nine years of Bukhari's document are not unquestionable. (Collected)

The accusation that the anti-Islamists call the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) a 'child rapist' is baseless

Child abuse Men with mental illness are constantly looking for opportunities to have sex with young children. It should be remembered that at that time the Prophet (peace be upon him) had total control over society, family, economy, politics, war policy and even the psyche of every human being.Millions of followers were always talking about 'sacrificing their parents' for him; If he wanted, he could easily have sex with thousands of children, not hundreds. But there is no document of such a thing. On the contrary, only Ayesha (R) was a virgin among his wives, the rest were adult widows or divorced, some of them were not even beautiful. Therefore, the theory of 'child abuse' does not apply to him at all.

His first marriage at the tender age of 25 was to Bibi Khadija, a 40-year-old widow, and he did not remarry before Bibi Khadija's death.

Six years-nine years

It should be remembered that even 100 years ago, where no one kept day-moment-year documents, we are talking about 1,400 years ago.In the past many countries (even now in some underdeveloped areas) did not have any scientific practice of remembering time and age. Then they would remember the year with the help of a special event, such as war, drought, or any other natural disaster. Even among the Roman nation, which is at the top of civilization in the pages of history, this practice was introduced among them.

In the year of the Prophet's birth, King Abrahah of Yemen invaded Mecca with his herd of elephants. So the people of Makkah used to refer to that year as the 'Year of the Elephant'. This practice is dependent on memory, so inadvertent mistakes as to age and time are caught up in history. Still, let's look at a few numbers based on the documents we have.

• The Prophet (peace be upon him) received prophethood in 610;

• The Prophet (peace be upon him) migrated to Medina in 622;

• The Prophet (peace be upon him) took Ayesha (peace be upon him) home in 622;

The Battle of Badr took place in 624 AD

The battle of Ohud took place in 625.

Math:

• Ibn 'Umar said: “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not allow me (in 625) to join the battle of Uhud, because I was 14 then. But I was able to join the trench warfare because I was 15 then.

(Bukhari 3-632 and Tafsir Ibn Kathir 4-26)

In 625 Bibi Ayesha (R) joined the battle of Badr. (Bukhari 4-131) So at the time of marriage he was at least 9 years old in 619 and at the time of 'taking home' in 622 he must have been more than 12 years old.

In 615, his father Hazrat Abu Bakr (R) arranged her marriage with a man. It is possible for a father to propose marriage to a girl child, but it is an exception. So in 615 he was more likely to be an adult. As she was four years later, when she married the Prophet (peace be upon him) in 619, she was more likely to become an adult.

Bibi Ayesha (R) was a teenager (Jariyah) at the time of the revelation of Surah Qamar, Chapter 54 of the Qur'an around 612 and she could memorize verses. (Bukhari 6-515) As such, he may have been more than six years old at the time, and at least 18 years old when he was taken home in 622.

In Ibn Hisham / Ishaq's famous book 'Sirat' we see that he converted to Islam in 610. It is to be expected that there will be some ability to understand good and evil to be converted. If he was three years old (more than possible) in 610, he was at least 15 years old when he was taken home in 622.

1400 years ago, marriage of a nine year old girl was considered normal. The social system of that time, the way of life, the natural conditions and the harsh weather may be the cause. The people who are the enemies of Islam have criticized the Prophet (peace be upon him) a lot, but have never made any harsh remarks about it.

Even then, what is the specific age to be mentioned.......
