Retiring after a long time of labour is a big life step, it is a very memorable one and worthy to be celebrated.Although to some people, it is not the same story, even after serving for a very long time. They don't take it as pleasing as it should be and count it as a lost identity.

Home coming! Sweet home

After a long time of service and stress, Seventy (70) years old Jay Cassie spoke about herself and how she did planned her retirement as she stated what she considered that might be helpful as she said. After working as Exhibition co-ordinator for Earls Court and Olympia for Twenty two (22) years of her life.Jay left from there to work for a security company in Exhibition event business.

The most adventurous aspect which is rare step is that she move forth and still further to set up her own security company in exhibition event business. She decided to retire from work when she was at the age of sixty three (63) years old. After retirement, there will be no more going to work daily unless you own a business which you set up by yourself. This can be possible if you have a business at hand before your retirement and you have learnt a lot about the business.

Happy retiree

Retirement is not what every working individual really want based on the fact of the relief from work but it is a great opportunity as not everyone who works. Many will die during the time of service and thus will withdraw from work before the expected time.Gratuity are not paid to some that died during service time as they do not complete their task.On account of retirement age, only men or women who dies during service will their family enjoy gratuity so also, no pension to receive after death.

Certain Challenges faced after retirement.

Retirement may not be as melodous as we think it will be not until we get there.Based on the gathered experience, then there are several challenges that the retirees faces but many were unable to find solutions to those certain challenges. The observed challenge after retirement are many but I will be limiting my write up to the ones that are well observed.

Relating to what are observed.Though some people are relieved of their Jobs due to weakness as rhey grow older and this can be a sickness but below are very common challenges.

Weakness and sickness: Experientially, sickness which can be short time and long time sickness. Some can be as a product of not exercising your body.Such diseases are mostly long time illness occur to the individual, such like heart attack and high blood pressure. As this is a ground for weakness in the body. Many retirees lost almost all of their life savings due to this.Though few retirees survived these sicknesses due to the love and financial support from family.

Inability to maintain financial standard: After retirement, in many cases the pension received after retirement are lesser than salary during the working era. There is a tendency of the individual narrowing budget due to limited income. Then the retiree will need some support for his financial well being as it will not be easy to go into another job anymore but for some who still have strength move in to becoming night guards.

Death of partner: To some retirees, the death of partner is the challenge which they have encountered. This lead to emotional breakdown and also terminate the joy in retirement. Many did not even last for long on the account of losing the most dearest person to them as the relationship is well bounded with love.

Lovers, I will talk about the necessary steps to take later. Thanks!

I think retirement is best when it is something we have planned well for, and if we have hobbies or can find things we can do to bring fulfillment. If one has saved wisely up to retirement, financial woes should not be an issue, and if one has things they like to do, boredom should not be an issue either.

Because of both the lack of planning and boredom, many retirees I know resort to going back to work part time just to have something to do and bring in a little extra money.

This is not how I want my own retirement to be.
