ILO means International Labour Organization. It preserves the rights of the labourers of the world . It also defends basic trade union rights. This organization has formulated Committee on Freedom of Association. This committee enables workers to bargain collectivelt. ILO also attempts to ensure working standards worldwide. It accepts complaints of trade unions and other workers. Through the performance of all these jobs, ILO is trying to establish the right s of the labourers as well as the humanity.
