What does "Focus, Finish, First" mean?

Focus: Focus on the task at hand with laser sharp intensity

Finish: Finish the task now before moving to the next task

First: Get the task completed right the first time with quality

Conclusion

What does this all mean? While developing, it can be chaotic but also feel chaotic even when it's not. For me, it helped me to keep this in mind...Focus, Finish, First...to be able to push out all the other problems going on around me and ensure I was constantly producing the highest quality software I could.
