Fairness- Fairness is when each one of us is treated equally in a way that is considered right or reasonable. There is no one who is left out and not favouring one person over another and taking advantage of them. In addition, it is not just about ensuring that everyone is experiencing the same care. It promotes respect, transparency, leadership, confidence, and a meaningful life. All of these factors have an effect on every individual.

Justice- Everyone deserves to be treated equally however, many people only see others by the scale of richness or standing in life which leads to having injustice for those who are inefficient. Justice is out of the hands of people who experience poverty, since they don’t have enough money to finish their studies they end up being uneducated and unaware of the justice system that they deserve and this should be not tolerated, we can educate them about the rights that they deserve so that they can fight for themselves whenever they are trampled by other people. The gap between rich and poor is widening actually not only among rich people but those who have the power or high standing in this society. And with this situation, everyone of us, young, old, rich, poor or whatever we are, we are worthy to be respected and have protection. No one should be excluded from living freely and contributing to our society.

Accountability- Accountability reduces the amount of time and effort you expend on unproductive tasks and activities. You're basically teaching people to respect their work when you hold them responsible for their decisions. Basically, you keep other people responsible for their commitments and efforts. And accountability is when you know how to admit your mistakes, that is why it is easy for you to find a solution and move on.

Transparency- transparency fosters accountability and trust because transparency refers to a person's honesty with himself or herself regarding the actions he or she is taking. It requires everyone to be willing to disclose details even though you feel uncomfortable with it, it embodies authenticity and open communication. Transparency builds credibility by demonstrating that you have nothing to hide. In the eyes of others, you create yourself as a trustworthy and truthful person. While being transparent and vulnerable may make you uncomfortable, the digital revolution has made openness a necessity.
