Health benefits of fruits

Good day all.

I haven't really written any articles this past few days or weeks. Really busy with work since the lockdown was relaxed at my country.

By the way i would love to talk on the health benefits of the normal fruits which most of you take for granted or less important in your day to day lives.

Firstly, Fruits are good for stimulating your body for your daily activities. This is why you are always adviced to take fruits in the morning 1hour before or after your breakfast. Most of you might ask, "Why wait 1hour before or after your meal?" Well the answer is that taking fruits immediately after or before your meal is very wrong. The process by which fruits are digested in the body is way different from the process used in digestion of food. So when you mix the both, your food ends up digesting wrongly.

Secondly, Fruits are good at freshening the skin. If you take fruits everyday for like a month, you will be totally shocked at the way your skin freshens up. It makes it smooth and fresh without the use of any kind of creams or body lotion.

Thirdly, fruits washes away wastes faster from your body. When you ear fruits, it helps your excretory organs to wash away unwanted food particles and materials from your entire body. It stimulates the kidney to act more efficiently and help avoid sickness and excretory organs infections like kidney stone and so on.

Fourthly, fruits give you alot of body energy. You will be able to carry out almost all your daily activities with only fruit in your stomach. You don't even need much food. Someone with fruits can do more work than someone with food. That has been tested and proved so many times trust me.
