Jelly Doughnuts
You can use any flavour of jelly or jam to make this recipe. Serve plain, sugared or frosted.
**Ingredients**
1 cup warm milk (45 degrees Celsius)
1/3 cup water
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
3/4 cup white sugar
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
3/4 cup any flavour fruit jam
2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
**How to make it!**
**Step 1**
In a bread machine pan add the milk, water, beaten egg, melted butter, sugar, bread flour, salt, nutmeg, and yeast in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set machine to the sweet dough cycle.
**Step 2**
Once the dough cycle is completed, turn the dough out onto a floured board and let it rest for 10 minutes.
**Step 3**
Roll the dough out to a 1/4-inch thickness. With a floured cookie cutter, cut into 2 1/2-inch rounds.
**Step 4**
Place 1/2 teaspoon jam or jelly in center of half of the rounds. Moisten edges with cold water; top with the remaining rounds, pinching edges together firmly. Place the sealed doughnuts on an greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in a warm place, about 45 minutes.
**Step 5**
Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry one layer of doughnuts at a time. Turn doughnuts as they rise to the surface until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oil, being careful not to poke doughnuts. Drain onto paper towels and toss with sugar, if desired.
This is one of my favourites for obvious reasons enjoy!

Stargate! One of My favourite Sci-fi Shows!
Stargate is one of my favourite sci-fi shows of all time. This TV series lasted for 11 seasons from 1997 to 2007 with 213 episodes. And was kicked off and inspired by the 1994 movie called 'Stargate'.
A secret military team called 'SG-1' is formed to explore other planets using the Stargate found in the original movie, and use it to travel through newly discovered Stargates in the galaxy and later the universe.
I am watching the whole series over again at the moment. I am up to Season 6. And loving it. So far they have meet and fight against the Gao'uld system lords, replicators, and other more primitive humanoid and alien colonies.
They have only discovered two of the great races so far. The Asgard and the Knox.
SG1 team will have more encounters and meet more powerful enemies too.

This was expected by many as momentum was on the up. And economies are opening up from the COVID19 pandemic and lockdowns.
The following charts show the very bullish movement. The increase is green on all the timeframes shown in the second table below.
The chart above shows the 24 hour progress leadings gup to breaking $10,000. I posted a prior post that it would hit over $10,000 USD this weekend. It's a day early. Bodes well for $12-14,000 range.

Tom Cruise is working with Elon Musk CEO of SpaceX and NASA on making the first movie in space. The deal is in the early stages.
Tom Cruise is arguably the biggest movies star in the world and is well known for taking great risks to make epic movie experiences.
The movie will likely use the International Space Station and Space shots to bring alive this real space movie epic.
Nasa hopes the movie will inspire a new generation of engineers, scientists and astronauts.

Ethereum 2.0, POS and Rewards
Well the move to Ethereum 2.0 is expected in late July 2020, about 1 or so months after the Bitcoin halving. This upgrade will move to build on its Proof of Work (where miners confirm blocks for a reward) to include Proof of Stake where people can stake ETH for a reward. This will also reduce the energy requirement for the Ethereum blockchain.
It will be great for increasing transactions and as an income for the Ethereum holders. Many of them long-term holders. This reward is a huge incentive and cannot be understated. Ethereum is growing big with dapps, hex token and stable coins driving transaction growth and a wide range of solutions. Staking will turbo boost it.
There are always risks of course. Price of ETH goes down while staking. Price is never gauranteed and many of the staking coins experienced terrible returns over the last two years (except for periodic P&D). But there are more upsides than potential downsides.
This upgrade will have many more features and we will look to explored them such as security, scalability and decentralisation in future posts. :)

Getting A Good Night Sleep Is Vital
**"Night People" is a Trap**
Some people are "morning people" and others "night people". I am a night person. But I think morning people live much healthier lives. Their minds are more alert, they make better decisions and their bodies are better looked after, including what they eat and drink. I also think they are more active outside and have better movement for their digestive systems.
**The Pitfalls of Staying Up Too Late**
The main point of this post is to point out that some people think poorly because they stay up too late. Wake up late in the morning, groggy and their mind is not sharpe. Any aspirations they had for the day are largely lost. Maybe they had 5 things to do and they do just one of them. This leads them down a rabbit hole of underachievement and they get more down about it. Some even depressed.
**Down the Rabbit Hole**
So they decided to stay up later again because it makes them feel good. But just makes things worse. Each day compounds on the other. Before they know it they are not getting much out of life or just getting by.
**A Simple Remedy**
Go to sleep before 12pm. Preferably before 11pm. Go on and make that change! You heard me! Get serious. Make some goals for tomorrow and the week ahead and get serious about! Seize the day! You life is about to change! For the GOOD!

Writing with Spell Check is a Double Edge Sword.
**Auto Spell Check Feature**
Spell check seems really good in concept and it is a lot of the time. Picks up words in error. But sometimes the box auto populates with the wrong word. And changes the meaning of something, dramatically in some cases.
I wish I could turn it off. And I guess I could. But it's probably a new benefit. It pays to double check ones work to catch any errors.
**Casual Typing**
This is somewhat a different topic but casual typing has a lot of errors. Once I wanted to offer a friend some services for FREE to help him out. But After I had posted it and he responded (forunately well). I has realised the 'R' was missing. So my offer was actually for a FEE! I was very annoyed. It ruined my whole offer of giving something free and helping others.
**Social Writing**
I think learning to type well with all fingers would help reduce errors as well as getting the habit of using the spell check tools.
Well here is to improving once writing skills! A journey and not a destination it seems.

Running to Stay Fit and Healthy
I have started running. My success has been mixed. And the weather is now against me.
I have run 4 times. And was happy with that. The first two times was street running. The second two times was down at the local community field. I have also taken down my weight to lose a few pounds.
One must definitely go to sleep at a reasonable hour and eat and drink well. Then when you run you will get some great results. And one must keep the mind clear and focussed.
I have struggled with the consistency and discipline side of things. I have missed the last few days. But as I am writing this I am think I should just do it and run in the rain outside. So I just might. It would have to be street running as the field is obviously wet.
Running on the field doing 100 meter sprints is more fun than the street running most of the time. It has interval training where I run down one end and walk back. I do 10 sets of 100 meters.
Take some water with you. And if you have an alarm use that. Also keep track of your runs and weight if thats a goal. I hope this has helped motivate you and reveal some of the struggles we all have...

Italy is the #1 Country I want to Visit!
Italy is my number one spot to travel to in the world. It has everything dreams are made of. Obviously, at the moment it has been hard hit but the COBID19. But once that clears I would love to go there...
It has incredible architecture and history. One fine example is the world famous Amphitheater in Rome. Below are several teaser images of the romantic country of Italy.
I love the look of the food, wine, cites, people, culture and history. These are just awesome. And romance is in the air. I think you will agree with me it is a wonderful place to go.
I would love to ride a scooter or a small car like a mini or bambina around the streets, go to cafes, restaurants, swim at the beaches, talk to the people, and walk on 2,000 year old roman roads and trail routes, visit the vineyard and roman cottages. WoW! Am excited just writing about it!.

My Friend and I Survived A Falling Rock Boulder!!!
My friend and I survived a falling rock boulder. My friends's name was Dylan. He lived in a colder sack down the street. We were about 12 years old from memory.
We use to play and investigate a big work site next to our street. The land had been cleared for commercial buildings. And the land was rough and uneven. Covered with dirt and rocks.
The edge of the land had a small cliff. About 5-6 feet high. We stood almost in front of it with a small crater about 4-5 feet in size. The size of the crater seemed to be sign. But we just didn't know it yet!
We took turns pulling out large rocks from the small cliff. And laughed each time, quite often as boys of that age do. It was fun and exciting.
So Dylan went for another rock. I had been looking at that one for sometime for some reason. And it took a bit to pull it out. Suddenly, the whole cliff started to collapse in that spot. For behind that rock was a huge rock boulder! Dylan only had one place he could go - fortunately he perhaps instinctually took the leap in the right direction. If he hadn't he would have been crushed by the huge rock in the crater (oddly it made a perfect fit).
Our heart rates were high and we looked at each other in awe, shock and dismay, and were like what the heck just happened. Realising he could have been killed in the most horrible way. And only a boy of about 12 years old.
Well we didn't play there anymore. Except walk across it now and then.
Lucky to be alive. And still have my friend.
He has gone on to lead a very successful life. But I have not seen him for many years now.

I Love Spaghetti and Meatballs!
Well I just read a post about some rice and chicken dishes here on RC.
So it inspired me to post about what is probably my favourite food. Spaghetti and Meatballs (S&M). My sisters made this for me the other day which is why it is fresh on my mind.
There are two main types of S&M. The first is a thin spaghetti and simple meatballs. The Second is thicker spaghetti and complex meatballs. But of course you could have either meatballs with both spaghettis.
My favourite is the thicker spaghetti and complex meatballs. And the meatballs have onions and spices! Love it, and I am just writing about it! Now this all may sound funny talking about S&M in such detail. But remember this is my favourite food.
Well my sisters dished me up the thin S&M. It was so delicious! I had to remember to eat it slowly. And savour every bite.
Now when I go to an Italian restaurant. Not once have they had Spaghetti and Meatballs. Well maybe one time they did but it was a long time ago. I still can't work out why not. But I ask for it each time, even when its not on the menu :) lol

The Hex token is a Interest rate product with a big payday attached. Even after big payday, if people unstake the price of staking goes up massively based on the last unstakers ROI. So getting the staking shares will be more important than the coin itself. And the interest rate is 3.69% thereafter.
The volatility is only set by major whales exiting (likely early adopters, as opposed to BTC whale holders who got free claim Hex coins [as part of the adoption process]). Also many BTC whales were excluded from participating like Mt Gox. But most may very likely hold. Given the price mechanism is a first and delivered epic returns. Fiction vs Non-Fiction Books
My sister reads lots of fiction books. Adventures. Romance. Fantasy.
I myself prefer non-fiction books. If I am going to read. Spending time learning seems a better investment to me. Time is precious after all. And knowledge is power and facilitates earning potential.
I think reading fiction does help to spur the imagination and learn to write better with so many authors expressing themselves with the written language. Presumably most of them are good if not great writers too. So fiction has academic and personal benefits, aside from the fictional story value. But fiction is more entertainment. I prefer watching movies.
I actually get excited reading non fiction books. Science, maths, english, religion, technology, business, society. Anything that adds value to my knowledge. I hate ignorance and knowledge helps to resolve that. I also like the truth. And knowledge helps to reveal that too. Being reasonable and rationale. So many "smart" people I know are not. And hold on to bias. :) lol
Well those are just some of the reasons I like reading non-fiction. Oh and I love reading dictionaries and learning new words.

Toilet Paper. What is Something Worth?
Marginal pricing sets most market prices in the world these days. That is, the last buy sets the price. This is what happens big time in crypto markets, exchanges rates and the stock market. Something is only worth what the last person or 'bot' pays for it.
If bad news or fear comes into the market. Or the asset or commodity is in a downtrend then the value can just disappear. Crypto experiences this phenomena.
However, crypto also has pump and dump activity. In that moment of the pump everyone FOMOs (Fear Of Missing Out) in and the price can go up a few hundred percent.
If you are the last buyer. Thats a terrible place to be. You set the price for the whole market. But as soon as other market players don't back it up or bad news comes in, then it falls or even tumbles! Ouch! Marginal pricing can bite.
So what gives value. Speculation. Future income expectations. Or safe asset. Maybe just being early to something. Some sort of belief comes into play supporting a choice to be the marginal price setter.
Somethings have value like commodities and assets in demand that produce an income. While other things may be pyramid schemes or scams.
Is a computer worth $10, $500 or $2000? Well marginal pricing is one way to let us know what people value it. At least as one point in time.
Of course, there are other ways to price things. Fixed prices, auctions, discounting, rewards, offsets etc. And the supply side of the equation comes in too.
At the end of the day you, somebody or the government is saying what value is.

I think we are only just getting started. Ethereum actually led the way! Bitcoin halving in two weeks and Ethereum 2.0 in July!

I expect the Dow to move over 30k by Q3/4, Q2 will have the effect of lockdown. But a burst of economic active pent up will explode into the USA and benefit the world.

BCH growing momentum! Consolidate. Then Up.
BCH is at $244 (atm) and the chart over the last 90 days looks good. BTC halving in 13 days and then Ethereum 2.0 in July provides the winds of change! BCH is one of the few leading mass adoption with maverick Roger Ver at the helm. A crack at $250 USD, then $280 resistance (and sustained), then spend up the way to higher ground! Support at $230.
Bitcoin Cash has always been one of my favourites. And is one of the first cryptos I got involved with. I like the push for mass adoption, lower fees and bigger block size. I have since moved into many other cryptos focussed on gaming. But Bitcoin Cash is a real winner.

Buy at least 1 Bitcoin Now Before Its Too Late!

****Blockchain Reward Halving for Bitcoin Miners.****
The Bitcoin halving is major event. And is expected in 14 days (at the time of writing) - 12 May 2020. The block reward will half from 12.5 to 6.25 BTC per block (every 10 minutes)! Thats a big deal. Less for the miners to dump!
From 2020 there are way less blocks rewards produced by the blockchain (see the gap closing at the top of the chart below showing BTC supply)! **Takeaway > Get at least 1 Bitcoin!!!**

And as you can see from the chart above showing BTC supply emission over time, the last bitcoin gets mined in 2140! There will only ever be 21 million (and about 4 million is considered lost). Making it about 17 million! Thats not many! And big money is now chasing it!
