"Night People" is a Trap
Some people are "morning people" and others "night people". I am a night person. But I think morning people live much healthier lives. Their minds are more alert, they make better decisions and their bodies are better looked after, including what they eat and drink. I also think they are more active outside and have better movement for their digestive systems.
The Pitfalls of Staying Up Too Late
The main point of this post is to point out that some people think poorly because they stay up too late. Wake up late in the morning, groggy and their mind is not sharpe. Any aspirations they had for the day are largely lost. Maybe they had 5 things to do and they do just one of them. This leads them down a rabbit hole of underachievement and they get more down about it. Some even depressed.
Down the Rabbit Hole
So they decided to stay up later again because it makes them feel good. But just makes things worse. Each day compounds on the other. Before they know it they are not getting much out of life or just getting by.
A Simple Remedy
Go to sleep before 12pm. Preferably before 11pm. Go on and make that change! You heard me! Get serious. Make some goals for tomorrow and the week ahead and get serious about! Seize the day! You life is about to change! For the GOOD!

Nowadays i feel trouble with insomnia problem, i know that it is necessary to sleep timely but may be due to quarantine stress i can't be able to maintain it.
