water is the most aboudance element on earth 75% of the earth contains water. water is also most important in the world man cannot live,survive without water. Water contains hydrogen and oxygen which are the most essential element.

further more most at times when we wake up in the morning we feel dehydrated many reasons are due to what we eat or do before going to bed so therefor when we drink water early in the morning before breakfast it helps us feel hydrated thru out the day,drinking at least two cups of water early every morning helps boost the immune system ,helps the skin ,makes one feels healthy thrue out the day,flueshes out waste from the system etc .

In conclusion drinking of water before taking breakfast early in the morning is very important to the body and helps us live long and healthy.
