Alot of people eat late at night some is due to work while some do that because the have things to do at night such as office work which was not completed in the day,some others movies etc. eating late night is injurious to health,the bobby system as at night is at rest it works slowly so the food injested into the system will not be properly digested which may lead to digestive system disorder. Therefore late night eating and eating and sleeping immediately is injurious to human health.
Eating late night is absolutely wrong for the human body and system in general it also causes big belly mostly in men can also causes constipation that is really bad so it is advanced to eat at most 6;30 in the evening.
Not sure about it eating late on midnight....
