The Discourse
This week continues a divisive atmosphere ahead of the November 15th network upgrade pitting Bitcoin ABC against much of the business and mining ecosystem. No-IFP proponents continue to outline their displeasure at the road taken by Amaury Sechet's ABC to create a centralized fund by altering mining incentives, noting such a move as deeply against the Bitcoin ethos shared by many BCH community members that are concerned over the potential damage to BCH and its investor's confidence.
Bitcoin ABC released a statement outlining forward guidance on what it calls the Global Network Council as a governance and funding framework for its participants.
BCHN has continued building support now accounting for nearly 50% of signaling hashpower, with the remainder not signaling at all.
BCH experienced a slight downturn this week ending at -3.5% overall.
