The Running Time by Yours Truly
Here we are today
It seems that nothing happened yesterday
Pretending that everything is fine
And hoping that every morning there will be sunshine.
A yesterday full of aches
A past filled of heart breaks
Hoping that tomorrow will be happy
And everything will be set accordingly.
Sun will rise after a long lonely night
But when we're happy sun sets fast like thunder and light
We always think and keep pondering
And the only answer is to keep going.
Time is very unfair
Everything was bitter why not better?
Why time rushed like a wild cheetah running freely?
Why time did not walk like a turtle for us to be completely happy?
